Had a great experience at the Village District location. Ray did a great job of finding me the right kind of shoes for walking to replace my worn out shoes and recommend new inserts. He also guided me in selecting a new pair of sandals as well.

The staff at this location on 6/9/2024 were all very friendly, engaging, and helpful. They quickly helped me find the right shoes, asked clear questions, and weren't pushing me to buy anything specific. I really appreciated the digital foot-scan service that helped me understand more about my gait!

I called to see if they had my shoe pretty much as soon as they opened, they answered kindly that they did, I mentioned I was in a hurry- they had the shoes on the counter when I arrived. Thank you Trey! I asked for and received a quick rundown on the water systems by the store manager who was out helping Trey, grabbed some hydration equipment that he recommended and was on my merry way, whole experience was awesome even though I was kind of a needy Nancy :)

Called to see if they would have the shoes I wanted, they were quick to pickup the phone & give me the options. I put in my request for pickup later in the day. They had exactly what I wanted & had a friendly & helpful team to help me out.

I walked in and someone came up to me immediately. I explained that my feet hurt me. He did the scan and went and got several pairs of shoes. He did this 3 times until we found the right shoes. He was great. I bought some shoes for the house because I have planter fasciitis and I can’t go barefoot. I also got inserts and tennis shoes.

The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Logan. I couldn’t find a pair of shoes right for my situation, but the Oofos sandals I bought are the most comfortable I’ve ever worn.I’ll definitely shop this location again.

I had never been to a shoe store like this and was nervous, but the young lady who assisted me in picking out the right pair of shoes and insoles which my Doctor suggested for Plantar fasciitis went above and beyond in helping me, This was what i call Top Notch Customer Service and what every retail establishment should learn how to do, which is taking care of the Customer and making them happy, which is what Fleet Feet did, i will definately be coming back soon.

Excellent experience at this location! Customer service was great, the associate who helped me was incredibly kind and informative, he gave me great choices for what I needed and was very patient while I tried everything on. I'm normally relatively indecisive, but I didn't feel rushed at all and was able to make an informed decision quickly. The associate explained my foot scan and gave me options that would be best for my foot and asked what I wanted in a shoe/what I'd be doing in them. I will definitely come to this location when I need another pair of shoes!!
