Great first time buying experience at this dealership. Terry Hodges was a great salesman and made the buying experience pleasant and easy. All of the staff encountered while there were very welcoming. Definitely recommend this dealership and most of all Terry Hodges if you are looking for a good salesman!!

I used to take my truck to Hendrick Chevrolet but since they can't follow directions I no longer do except to change my oil because of an oil package unless I have no choice and have to get something fixed during oil change service. Took my truck to Capital Chevrolet because my temperature gauge was fluctuating and there was no errors took it back a few days later to get electrical on gauges were checked good. The techs took the time to hut down the issue and figured out it could be thermostat or coolant temp sensor so I got both replaced. I believe it was the thermostat sticking. I'm very appreciative for the techs hard work to resolve the issue on my truck. So far so good the temp gauge doesn't seem to fluctuating. I also appreciate the service advisor Mckayla she was very patient and helpful to resolve the issue with my truck. Not sure if Capital Chevrolet has an oil package option or not but I will be taking my truck to Capital Chevrolet for now on to get work done on my 2014 Chevy Silverado.

I recently purchased a vehicle here, with the help of Johnnie. He was very considerate and was able to find a car that suited me the first time around. I went in to buy a car and left the same day with one. The finance manager Tom was amazing as well with closing the deal. Definitely ask for those two the next time you are looking to buy a car!!!!

I have been going to Capital Chevrolet for years, since before they moved to up towards Wake Forest. They have always taken great
care of my 2013 Chevy Volt and now my 2019 volt. I have other Chevy dealers that are closer, but the drive has been worth it for the top notch service!
My most recent experience was with Elia who looked at a parking sensor issue on my 2019 volt - he and the tech handled it very well. Even their shuttle drivers are great! For example today, Ronnie was so pleasant and calm during the shuttle back to the dealer and I really enjoyed the conversation with him. Highly recommend!

Believe the reviews do not take your car truck SUV to Capitol Chevrolet, for any type of maintenance. We bought our car our 2022 Chevy traverse from them used with extremely low miles and that transaction was great. Since then, capital Chevrolet has not honored any of the work that they’ve done overfilled our oil on a basic oil change by over 2 quarts, which is caused oil fouled spark plugs and over $800 worth of maintenance by another dealership. After numerous calls, text messages emails this seems to be the only way to get anyone’s attention at that dealership is to leave a negative review in the hopes that their customer service team sees this and helps rectify the issue that they caused.

Sales associate Kylee was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The onsite manager was able to clear up an issue with the Chevy website that was not allowing my military status to confirm. The finance manager was professional and made every step clear. The overall experience was great and I highly recommend Capital Chevrolet.
