Great shop and they don't play around with your vehicle, gets straight to the point and gets you back on the road in a timely manner. Appointments are better if you're needing to drop off as they tend to be a little busy.
My AC was diagnosed and fixed by the following day. The price was much better than expected which I felt like the trust factor made a difference in wanting to come back if any future issues arose. My 95 Saturn SL2 cooled like it did when I first bought it. I'm so excited to have AC back in my soon too be classic automobile ? 3/30/1995 ....

My car broke down nearby and Byrd's was the closest autoshop. I dropped off my car on a Saturday when they were closed and they were able to look at it and get it running in about a week which I thought was quite good given such a limited heads up. Their prices were very fair and my car runs just as good as before if not better! Could not be happier.

Been bringing our ‘03 Jeep Grand Cherokee and ‘04 Toyota Tundra to Byrd’s Auto Service for over 5 years now. Thanks to them, both cars are still running great.Jim and his team always do good work and offer great service at a fair price. They have been able to repair things that prior shops hadn't been able to address.
