If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is such a mess. The young ladies working the registers were so awful and so clearly entertained by purposely holding up the line and the frustration of the customers. Just unreal. When it was finally my turn, I completed payment and this girl was busy on her cell phone, making me wait until she was done texting or whatever before she stopped to bother bagging my items, just tossing a glass dispenser randomly in the bag. Zero service, terrible employees, one of the most disorganized stores.. ever.

Store has a roach problem. Beware. I should not have to worry about new items being purchased at a store. But judging by how filthy the store is, I’m not surprised, and will never be back

Stepped on a sharp security tag in this store. Went right through my shoe and into my foot. The security tag punctured my foot. I went straight to a lost prevention worker who said people steal stuff all the time and this is why it was on the floor. Well if y’all know that, why not have someone checking the floors for them?! A child could have stepped on that instead of me. The manager in person offered no apology, no water as I was visibly unsettled, offered no first aid, and never offered me a chair to sit in. They took a report of the incident right in front of the doors where people leave and enter. They said the GM would call me Monday (today) and she never did. Corporate called just for insurance purposes, not even to apologize. All in all, stay away from Burlington as a whole, they are negligent. The people I were with and myself put all of the stuff we wanted back and just left. There are much better, affordable, and caring businesses out there!!!!

It is more than 35 mins we are still waiting in the lane. There are just two sales in 8 counters helping people. This happens every time. You need two hours for a single item to check out.
