We have been very disappointed with the cold, curt, uncaring attitude and incompetence of the gentleman we dealt with when grieving over a tragic death. Aside from his rude, dismissive manner, he made a mistake on the date of birth, causing a problem and delay in obtaining the death certificate.

Very pleasant and helpful conversation about end of life options after death. Loved the menu driven process with all cost for services or products listed and price ranges shown too. Loved how careful they were to explain our many different options so we could decide the best for our circumstance.

I loved how the home had food and flowers we could use, had keepsake jewelry options of my Mom’s fingerprint, walked us through the funeral literally and showed us where to go and stand, worked so seamlessly with the Church, and was so patient and understanding with our family when things got heated. We also loved three prayer cards they offered and made, how we could just upload pictures of my Mom and they made a slideshow for us, and how we could stay for the wake as long as we wanted and reception. They were incredible in our time of grief, so organized and handled everything which is exactly what we needed!

Brown-Wynne did a superb job handling my fathers funeral arrangements. Each person we dealt with was kind, caring and compassionate. Any questions that we had were addressed and answered immediately. All details were handled in a professional manner and everything ran smoothly from the visitation to the graveside to the church. I highly recommend them.

Not only do I recommend Brown-Wynn, I highly recommend them. Before my mother transitioned, I was given a list of funeral homes from the hospice care. We needed a place that was going to transport from NC to NY. Brown-Wynn was the 1st of 4 calls and to he honest, I could have stopped with the 1st call.I spoke to Marcus who was so professional and provided all the information we needed. All the other calls were trying to itemize things that were all packaged together at Brown-Wynn. Brown-Wynn was also less expensive (that wasn't even the deciding factor). The best part and deciding factor about Brown-Wynn was they partnered with our funeral home in NY and when the time came, all we had to do was call them. They arranged everything with the funeral home in NY including receiving payment.The young man who arrived to get our mother was Taye (I hope I spelled his name right). Taye was AMAZING! At 3-4 in the morning, he arrived wearing slacks, shirt with tie and handled our mother with such care and dignity. Brown-Wynn did not over embalm our mother like some funeral homes do prior to transport. Our funeral home in NY even said how easy Brown-Wynn was to work with.Thank you Brown-Wynn for making this seamless for us!!!

Brown Wynne did a marvelous job with my fathers funeral! We were honoring a World War II veteran injured in France in the Battle of the Bulge. He led a goodly life of service in many ways. Service was very respectful of his life and achievements!

We had a wonderful experience using Kenneth Hagan and the Brown Wynne on Millbrook for the loss of our mother. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

My wife had stage 4 cancer so I had a few months to shop around and pick the best funeral home for her. I am sure that Brown Wynne does a good job. But they were BY FAR the MOST expensive of the three funeral homes that I talked to. You don't have to pay this much for excellent service. They are the funeral home that is best known, so a lot of people who do not have the luxury of shopping around just go to Brown Wynne and trust that their prices are competitive. They will take advantage you at one of the most vulnerable times in your life.

Thank you so much for your service your whole team was dignified and kind. It was a beautiful service and my family was treated very well. As far as funeral services go this is one of the best experiences on a very sad occasion. Ryan made sure all our needs were met, some of them may have been challenging.
