Everyone here was friendly and helpful. My senior lab has pretty bad anxiety and he had been days without his meds since my regular vet unexpectedly closed -- totally my fault for waiting til last minute to get a refill! After calling 5+ vets hoping for the soonest-available appointment, I finally got booked here. Despite his anxiety, he magically felt at ease here and took treats right out of the doctor's hand (HE NEVER DOES THAT). Thanks for helping us out last minute!

I took my 4 yr old German Shepard in for a rabies shot, 1week later he started getting violent seizures, never had any before. Dr Cotton said take him to the emergency vet. He didn’t want to treat seizures. I have been going there for 20 years. They charged me $65 for a missed appointment I didn’t know about. The receptionist told me that’s the price. I told her I’m going to another vet and she said go ahead. I’m so glad I did Five Points veterinary is 100 time better and a lot nicer people, go there for real care and service, a lot cheaper too

Been taking dogs here for years, my whole family has. They treat us and our dogs like family and are wonderful

I love Brookwood Veterinary Clinic!! Everyone is so kind and Shannon and Dr. Cotton were exceptionally sweet and gentle with my cat, and you could tell they truly love animals. I also appreciate the way they disclosed fees ahead of time, and gave me the choice as to whether to run blood work or not, as well as whether to give the one year or 3 year rabies vaccine. Daisy thanks them for their TLC!!

My sweet dog Jennie was so lovingly cared for over 12 years as a client here. Dr Cotton and his team made her feel welcome and calm during her visits. I never felt criticized nor judged for how I cared for her by the team. They always gave great advice. During Jennie’s final visit, Dr. Robinson not only cared for her, but her parents, too. I highly recommend this practice!!!
