January 2024 by Tia Lynn
If I could give this company a negative star I would. The facility looks fine. I toured it. However the management is extremely poor. I have called multiple times a day and the staff sends you directly to voicemail. I toured on January 2nd. I was told I’d hear from the district manager that day to move forward. I emailed her back every few days for 2 weeks before she finally got back to me. When she did email me back on January 11th, she clearly payed no attention to detail or anything I had emailed or my paperwork considering she sent me a generic email stating there was no space available for the infant room. My son is 4. All of my emails, calls, paperwork, etc reflected the pre k program. Aside from that, their district manager Denise Fusco runs this daycare as if it were a sales company. She would not even tell me if a spot was still available or a start date without asking me to pay a $150 fee for registration/ the wait list. She then emailed me every single day since then, threatening me and giving me a date and time deadline for when I must get back to her before she “releases my spot” to another family on their long wait list. Which is funny, considering I was told by staff and their corporate there was no waitlist for that class. I did not respond as I was beyond frustrated at this point. Denise continued to call, text, and email me every single day. Extending her “deadline” for when I had to get back to her. They clearly only care about money. They’d prefer to push parents to make an impulsive and rushed decision by installing fear in them that they will “lose their spot” rather than allow us to consider all aspects and make an informed decision. I am a sales manager, I know all of the tactics. I would have liked to attach photos to show you what I mean, however Denise’s email states that I can not share any information or photos or copy’s of her emails as it is against their legal policies. Funny right? My son has been to 5 different daycares. We have moved a lot. I have never in my life had a daycare desperately reach out with threats of releasing a spot or obsessively contact me trying to push me into signing paperwork and paying. I have never had a daycare treat the child and center as if it were a sales office. They only want your money. They do not care about your kids. We put my son in a daycare a few minutes up the road and they are so kind. We toured many in the area. All of them had a tuition fee of under $1200 for the 4 year olds class. Including all meals. Kiddie Academy, Kindercare, Goddard, Safe Haven, Marrkens, all of them. We chose kindercare as we have never had an issue and they are nationally accredited unlike this one. Therefor, they are not just after your money. Denise & bright horizons charges $1700 for pre k. They also aren’t even open as early or as late as the other local daycares. To prove my theory, I just called their corporate number and I confirmed with their office that there is NO WAITLIST for bright horizons 4 year old class. No other family interested. No one to “release my spot” to. They are literally just that desperate for money that they use false threats to try and reel you in, make you pick them prior to touring others, and lock you in. STAY AWAY.

My young son has been going to this daycare since he was 4 months old. The infant and toddler teachers are truly wonderful! Shout-out to Shelby, Me'sha, Darlene, and Sabrina. They are smart, organized, professional, and they care about the kids in their classroom. I literally smile walking out of the daycare building after drop-off because my son is so happy to toddle in and see his little buddies and start playing. I also appreciate that they uphold their illness policy - my son has had fewer illnesses this year than his peers at other daycares. This BH is truly a special place, and I'm so grateful that they're part of my village!

Couldn't ask for a better sense of community filled with love for our children! 10/10 recommend this Bright Horizons to anyone I know. Thank you to the administration and all the teachers!

We love, love, love BH @ Corporate Center. The teachers, facilities, and the other families are all superb. Our kids were more than ready for kindergarten when they finished the Pre-K year at BH. There's no better feeling knowing your kids are ready to conquer the world when they graduate.

Our experience at Bright Horizons RCC has been fantastic. There is a fantastic "family" feel to the place (all the staffers seem to know all of the kids, across all ages). Our two children have been quite happy there, and our older child's transition from Bright Horizons to Kindergarten went even better than we had hoped.I think the tuition is higher here than most other preschools in the area, but I also think it's well worth it... and I *think* (not sure) they have assistance for lower-income families.
