My experience at Boot Barn was impeccable thanks to Lilly, the associate who helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable and stayed by my side throughout my entire visit. As it was my first time in a western store, her guidance in each department was invaluable. When it came time to check out, Lilly went above and beyond by wrapping a gift I had purchased. Another associate also assisted by carefully packaging my items and Lilly even helped carry my purchases to my car. What a GEM you have!! The customer service I received was exceptional, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. I will definitely be returning to Boot Barn in the future.

Terrible service from the cashier who has a piercing in her nose. I went on Sunday to look for some boots. When I entered I saw her bitter face, I ignored it because I thought she was having a bad day like anyone else, but unfortunately for me, every time I passed by the cash register she made faces of disgust at me. I think she doesn't like Latin people, so What he does by selling and profiting from the Mexican Flag, the last time I passed by there he made a face at me as if he wanted to vomit, it made me so angry that I turned around to ask him if he had a problem with me but he better turned around like a true hypocrite If you are Latino, do not go to this store. Racist... and Discriminatory because they welcomed everyone to their store but least of all me for being Latina!!! I wouldn't go back even though I found the boots I was wearing, I didn't buy them because of that lack of respect.

Amazing place, amazing customer service, staff was wonderful, helped me pick out everything I needed and a few things I wanted ?, everything there is truly made to last! They really make you feel at home!

Women's work boot section is only slightly larger than the locations in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, but still lack any variety or size availability.

Not sure what’s going on with this store but literally everything inside is “Cody James”… don’t waste your time at this store, no other brands which I find odd. Finally went to Country Connection in Garner and was able to find Tony Lama’s and other brands. I guess I’ll just drive to Garner for my boots.
