Holy Hell! They didn't let me keep my old phone number, they overcharged me for the iphone that was supposed to be a special when you ported your phone number from another provider. I never got a receipt for my purchase of new i phone, and the new phone service . The girl didn't even give me a bag to carry my purchase safely home. She didn't even show appreciation for the $380 sale i made with her. FYI, readers of my review, Just incase you are not aware, but this store, like most prepay phone services, is individually owned by someone who bought in to the boost franchise.... However it seems that they have exempted themselves from any of the normal boost customer service etiquette. This store is the worst encounter with a phone service provider i have ever encountered in my whole life, and just to give you an idea of my cell phone usage.... I got my very first cell phone way back in 1999 with Sprint. That's over 20 years of having a cell phone and working service. This was my first time trying Boost mobile.... I have paid for this month and that's all the money Boost will ever see from me. This store gives Boost Mobile a bad name. I can say i will more than likely never give Boost another chance. I have been looking in to mint mobile or Red pocket.... Stay tuned....

The customer service for Boost is literally in the toilet. I called bc my son hasnt been able to use his text or internet for a week and was told there was a system glitch and she submitted a ticket. This was my third call so I requested to speak with a supervisor, she asked why and I explained and was told they "No, they were in a meeting" when i asked the rep's name she said No, im not giving you that and proceeded talk over me the entire time After refusing to give her name several times and trying to argue with me about speaking with a supervisor she told me, since i've been with boost so many years I should know how the process works. It was the WORST experience with customer service I've ever had. I'm cancelling service and adding him to my plan

This company used to be good a couple of years back but, now not so much. The service is not the same and they still owe me money for a refund. I think they were just bought by Dish Wireless

Evelin is the poster child for customer service!!!This is my third visit to this store. She always have and had a very pleasant attitude; courteous. Evelin fixed my problem with the phone and offered suggestions to other alternatives. She was and is very patient and helpful!!!My experience at this store whenever she was present was and is wonderful!!!She is awesome!!!Evelin could give lessons to other companies regarding customer service.My rating for her customer service is through the ceiling!!!

Please do NOT go to this store OR Boost Mobile at all. I bought a charger but asked before I bought it if I could return it if it was not what I needed and was told yes. Five minutes later, I brought it back in because it was not what I needed and the salesperson would not return it. I tried again in Hope Mills and they told me they don’t accept items from other Boost Mobile stores because they’re under different management. It’s a chain. That makes no sense. I tried to call the corporate number and there is no option to speak with someone if you are not a customer. Awful service.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A PHONE COMPANY....Tried to return a phone to them that i had just bought that was messed up and I had to argue with them for about 30 minutes before they only gave me half of my money back. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PHONE THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Horrible! I was trying to unlocked my phone to use another carrier and boost mobile refused! Said I had only had my device for 10 months. I originally was on Virgin Mobile for at least 10 years. Virgin mobile was sold to Boost mobile and I was transferred to Boost mobile without my permission. I did NOT agree to any contract, rules or policies. I did NOT see any policy, did NOT hear of any policy. I had no choice! I was on the line for 2:45 minutes, transfered multiple times, talked to 4 or 5 different people and they would not unlock my phone. Terrible! Please, for your sanity, do NOT use Boost Mobile. Please!
