Damaris Martinez AKA Store Manager. Terrible customer service.I arrived at 7:20 waited outside and she was in the back with the keys locked up in the door. Was knocking on the door and calling the phone lines multiple times. More customers started coming up to the door and knocking she finally came to the door 25 mins later. I purchase a iPhone charger the day before she clearly said if it didn’t work bring it back and she never had returns which was a lie. Charger was trash. Got upset what I said and didn’t offer a exchange cause she couldn’t take the truth lol. She can keep the $32 with her low position. Corporate will be contacted.
