The Mexican bih that works in there has a terrible stank attitude. She looks to be in her 30’s and gives me bad vibes every time I use to pay my bill there that’s why I stopped goin. She seems to be frustrated with her miserable pathetic life.

Just purchased a new phone case and screen protector from this boost store on Atlantic Ave in Raleigh about 4 days ago and the screen protector pops off as soon as I lay it down. Went back and the young lady was very rude when I explained to her what happened. They would not fix nor replace the protector which they installed. I will never shop at that store again. Customer service sucks.

I'm always at a loss of how to get my new phone up and running properly. Today I went in and met Sergio Sanchez at the Atlantic Store. He was amazing! He showed me how to sync my old phone to my new phone by Bluetooth so that I was able to finally move all my contacts over. He knows the equipment and the products. If you are looking to buy a Boost Mobile phone I highly recommend stopping by the Atlantic Store location.
