“I think I found my new body shop. I was going off Google reviews alone but after meeting the owner I was absolutely convinced. There were so many good reviews with before and after pictures that I felt safe leaving my car. It was minor repair to the bumper and a couple other little fixes that I asked for while dropping it off and it was done in just under a week. It was a wonderful experience and while I hope I don't have any more damages to my car I will definitely be coming back here if anything needs a repair again!!”

Xtreme investigated and said "easy" - they were prompt, responded, txted me back with answers, let me know the status and worked with the insurance company to get the maximum funding for the repair. “We first used Auto Recon Pros for damaged hubcaps. They did a great job. Then in Feb ‘25 our son drove down from VA for a visit and debris on I95 hit his car causing damage to the side of the car. Auto Recon were very helpful in getting the repairs done during his visit, with just a day’s notice! The damage wasn’t massive but it was fully taken care of and you couldn’t tell where the damage had been. I like their old time photos in the waiting room. Check out the old cars in the wall photos! Definitely recommend this place.”
“I’ve been in the car business for the better part of a decade and worked with many body shops through my dealership and I have not seen anywhere that does as good of a job as AutoArts. Even being a car guy with an eagle eye for panel-gaps, metal flake and uneven textures in paint or finish quality, Mike and his team made it to where the car was indistinguishable from when it was brand-new off the dealership lot. “5/5, whether you're here due to an insurance claim or not. This place absolutely will take care of you like no other! We did have an insurance claim, not at fault and through GEICO. Let me tell you everything ran smoothly, but more importantly, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We had a new used Palisade, from a dealer. Still had the temporary tags. Chris came out to check on the damage and ended up finding out there was cheap after market work done. The damage was where we were hit and he made it a point to document everything for us for the dealer and also remedied the bad work. Brand spanking new. He called us that the back glass was cheaply stuck in and cracked, he was able to find us the exact part for so cheap, as a local place had it on sale. They also worked with our busy schedule and made it easy to pay the small out of pocket cost and left the keys for us to pick up and drop off the rental after hours. I personally would come here for any damage that occurs to my car at fault or not. Look at the rest of the reviews! Also make sure to seek out Chris, super awesome dude who will go above and beyond! “Just so you all know the review below from Gunny highway is really the brother of the owner, me I am his father in law and have known the owner Rob for a few years, he has more integrity and morals than his spoiled entitled brother that has no respect for his mother and fathers wishes, that is the whole reason he wrote a bad review, pretty childish but don't forget Greg Karma happens so remember you may need him to change that flat tire you talked about and he actually knows how to do that even if his hands get dirty unlike some people.”

“Easy-stress free Experince ! From day one I entered to get an estimate and share the damage with them about my car. I called many of the other stores in the area, and the store was the only one able to receive my car in a weeks notice. They were a courteous and very friendly receptionist shared good story with me & offered me a drink and a pick up to call enterprise to pick up my rental car on the day of the drop off. Everything is really good about this place, everything done very well; from their service to their professionally done work. The only feedback I have and could be based on them being busy so I'll give them the benefit of doubt, they don't communicate updates unless you called them orders orders near completion there were a few things and changes in the initial estimate which was double the estimate I wasn't aware until the day of the pick up. I also asked for a part from my car to be fixed that wasn't part of the damage and it was just something cosmetic from the past and they said they would fix it but then they weren't able to and they said they thought I didn't approve. But it in general it is important to highlight that their communication is very well and Taylor was amazing at responding either through text or through phone communication on any issue or any concern and welcome to come back for any issue and coming back and I was traveling so from my friend picked up my car. They were very few interior pieces that were not put back that it took on another quick visit to put back in place and a few scratches by the door that I'm very confident that were in there but they're very flexible I believe so.
