The employees do not know the schedule. I called in and asked several times in the same call multiple times to make sure I could come in today and have a tire replaced. I was turned away stating it was an inventory day and there are no technicians available

They did a very good job and even more so to Ericka who helped me choose the tires. She gave me quite a few options and even showed me the tires before buying, but if you don't have them she can get them. Thank you very much for your time and work.
