A well-run shop.
They value the long term customer relationship, and have a lot of repeat customers because of it.
Even with high turnover of employees, at the front desk at least, they are helpful and knowledgeable.
I appreciate having a simple waiting area with a quiet room to go to and avoid a blaring television. Nothing fancy.
Over the 4-5 years I have been a customer here, they have been accommodating to work me into the schedule for routine tire rotations. One time they fixed a flat and did not charge me.
Tire prices have spiked- it's not their fault. It's often now a $1,000+ expenditure. But this location has competitive prices for the tire brands they sell, and they provide good service after the sale. Also they do good work on other repairs, e.g. alignments, brakes, etc.
It's more than a 30 mile round-trip to this location- but, I've had the best overall experience; it's worth it.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, inspection took 3plus hrs which is fine but when I picked up the vehicle no inspection was done. A light was on so they could not do it- no call or anything to let me know what could be done. Kind of annoying

5 stars for this crew! Isaac and Jaymes worked so quick and efficiently and completed my inspection in a very timely manner. They understood the time crunch I was in and worked super fast so I could be on my way. I will absolutely recommend this location to all my customer/friends/family moving forward. Thank you guys!

I never like to have to have work done on my car, but I feel like I get honest work done. Had an appointment for work on the car. Brought it early & it was ready well before the appointment time.

**Update** 2024 they have done right by me on a series of bad parts for my car that were mismanufactured.
