I went in multiple times and had Nate and Nolan work on my bike (bought used on FB marketplace). Every time I brought it in with a question or concern they were kind, so patient, and SO knowledgeable. I am a biking newbie and they definitely made the process so much easier. 50/10!!!”
“I had a frustrating issue going on with my brakes after I had a tune-up a few years ago at this excellent shop. After bringing it over a few times in the last month, it appeared to be fixed. However, after taking it home and test riding it a few weeks ago, the problem still existed. Without going into further detail, the owner (Ken) and one of his superb employees (Charles) went above and beyond what any bike shop would have done to address the matter, and it finally seems like the crazy problem is now gone (hopefully for good). The customer service I received from Oak City Cycling in this situation was outstanding! I cannot endorse this shop highly enough, and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
