Steve was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly per my recent purchase of a cream colored Sirrus 4.0. He offered some helmet suggestions based on the Va Tech Testing Lab data ( 50% sale online) and Shimano sport road pedals for swapping out so I can clip in if I wish. Added a composite water bottle holder and I was all set. The tech added the components and I was out the door in no time. Look forward to bringing it back for my 30-45 day adjustment as the bike gets broken in.

New bike day!! Ordered this Surly Straggler and the guys here put it together beautifully. Thanks to Steve who spent a lot of time with me while I tried out several bikes. He was out in the parking lot with me checking each bike fit (in 95+ deg heat!) and really listened to my opinion on the test rides. Been to a lot of shops and this is one that truly cares how you feel on the bike above anything else. They are super knowledgeable and nice here. I love my new bike!!

Great customer service when buying a new bike for our 6 years old grandson. Good selection of bikes and it was quick and easy, which is also important when you’re shopping with someone that age!

I stopped by today to get my beach bike looked at and was prepared to get the tubes changed, its been sitting in the garage for over a year; but thankfully I didn't need that just some air the correct way, the pumps I had wasn't working...
I came home and rode it around the neighborhood ? I'm SO grateful to them, and extremely professional; and just to think, they were around the corner the whole time, lol!
Do hesitate, take your bike there!!!??♀️

Bike was in worse shape after pick up than before drop off. Mechanic clearly does not understand maintenance procedures. Do not recommend!

This review is overdue. Our experience with the Bicycle Chain has been great! At Christmas the bike we bought my daughter was not going to work. The team was more than happy to assist me in finding the right fit for her and swapping out the bikes. Additionally, I recently ran over one of the training wheels. I brought the bike over and the man at the service center was so awesome in helping me remedy the situation, and checking the bike out for me to make sure I hadn’t done further damage. Thank you guys for being awesome! It means a lot and we will be back to buy our future bikes here as well!

Aaron, Bill and Steve were a huge help for a first timer like myself. Took it back in after an hour due to an immediately busted pedal and they fixed it quick and for no charge.
