I was skeptical when I read the reviews. I had a great experience. I waited until the last minute to take my dress and really need it soon. Fatima gave me a courtesy call when it was ready. Great customer service!

The customer service over the phone is horrible. I called today to ask a question and the guy who answered kept interrupting me while I was talking, then tried to over talk me, and then hung up before I could even get clarity on the new same day pick up! Also, I stopped taking shirts there because they are. It cleaned properly and there are multiple creases in the sleeves that look like they were pressed numerous times improperly

Brought a dress here amongst other items and the dress was lost in transit. No notification that the dress would be delayed and it was needed for an event. Ask how I will be compensated for the inconvenience and was told they will give me a coupon. I would not recommend this place horrible service.
