I was very anxious about my move, because nothing else in my moving process had gone well, however Michael and Zack took all my anxiety away. They arrived on time, treated my belongings with care, and communicated with me flawlessly. They were also very personable and even made me laugh! I could not ask for better movers! Next time I move I will definitely be requesting them as my movers, because I've never had such a good moving experience.

Denzel, and his team Cameron, and Claude showed up promptly on time ready to go. At 0800hrs and they were done at 1344hrs. They worked extremely well together; as a well-oiled machine, and played team very well. I was unequivocally satisfied with them as they paid close attention to every detail, organized my belongings on the truck in a methodical way. They were kind, respectful, and very professional. I appreciated their time, their patience, work ethic, and their positive attitude. I can see that they all take great pride in their work. I can emphatically say that I would recommend them to others, as well as use them in the future.The driver Eddie was also nice and drove safely. Thank you.

Michael and Rob were fantastic movers! They were very friendly, moved fast, worked hard, and protected all of my belongings. They are good guys and very trustworthy. They cared about doing a good job and performing to company standards including placing everything where I wanted it in the new place. They went above and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible. Very pleased!

Mike and his team did an excellent job. He listened to my concerns about my future and made sure the team took extra precautions when loading and unloading. Mike is very respectful and you can tell he takes pride in his job. I felt that all of my household was in good hands.

Bellhop made my moving experience very easy and smooth, even with a very last minute moving request. I moved from a storage unit to a house. I worked with Michael and Carlos who did an excellent and efficient job, were communicative and easy to work with. Note that they provided their own pads and wrapping for moving furniture that was not already wrapped or padded. I highly recommend working with Bellhop and Michael and Carlos.

Our Bellhop packers and movers (Eric, Eric B., Michael and others) were amazing when we needed to move out of our second home in Graham and then make not one but two stops to deliver our stuff where it needed to go. Really grateful for their caring demeanor, thoughtful attention to detail, and quick work! Would recommend Bellhop to anyone and will use them again in the future for sure.

We used bellhop movers from Raleigh, NC to Chicago, IL. Our service from booking to completion was phenomenal. The movers arrived early in Raleigh and loaded everything in our 2 BR townhome in about 1.5 hours. This included wrapping furniture and fragile items. They did a phenomenal job packing the truck. Our driver was responsible the entire way and all of our stuff arrived on time and in good shape. Some of the boxes had gotten wet due to the heavy rain and soft roof on the truck, but I imagine this is common with moving long distant. Once we got to Chicago, the team that helped unload was the absolute best (Fernando, Jefferey and Colin -- I think?). They were very well-versed in moving skills and professional the entire time. They gave local restaurant recommendations, did not scratch any walls or furniture, and advised us on any wet boxes or ones that looked squished. They even help us put together our bed and a new desk we had yet to unbox. My wife and I will be using Bellhop again even if our next experience was HALF as good as this one. Extremely happy! THANK YOU BELLHOP!

Awful. I would NEVER recommend this moving company. I actively warn people from using them. They cancelled on me the day of my move after confirming that they would arrive the morning of my move. One of the staff were sick (which I understand - you can't help that), but the other staff and customer service wouldn't give us a solution/attempt to help us at all. I had to call them 4 times the day of my move for them to confirm that no one was coming. They provided no offer for a refund or a reimbursement for a U-Haul I had to rent since they cancelled on us the day of my move. Eventually they agreed to reimbursement for everything, except it look months for them to finally reimburse me. I had to call and email weekly to finally get them to pay me back. They seriously suck in the communication department. Would never recommend this company.

They called the morning of the move and canceled due to one of the movers having an "emergency" Then they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation or get us moved. Both my husband and myself lost work hours due to this.

Raleigh, NC. Bellhop did not show up. Cancelled our move 30 minutes after the movers were supposed to be there. Booked a month in advance with a deposit. Texted with the mover the night before. Move was supposed to start at 10am. At 10am I received a call from the mover that I was texting with the night before saying his 8am move was taking much longer than anticipated because the customer did not have elevator access on the 6th floor and had move items than on their inventory list. (Why was there an 8am move when my move was scheduled for 10am?????? Why was I being SEVERLY inconvenienced because the 8am customer was not honest on the inventory list?) The mover that I spoke with mentioned he might be able to have 2 people of his crew come over to get us started and the truck should already be there. I told him to please send the other guys over because we had a limited time with the elevator/loading dock reserved with my apartment building. 30 minutes later I called him back and he was surprised Bellhop hadn't already called me because they had to "reschedule" my move. I had to call Bellhop for them to tell me that they did not have a moving team available. The people with Bellhop that I spoke to LIED to me multiple times, contradicting what the mover had told me. They absolutely left me hanging out to dry with no remorse. We had to be out of the apartment the next day. Bellhop had said their only availability was 2 days later on a workday........... I am disgusted with how little they cared about screwing us. DO NOT BOOK BELLHOP. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.

Please save yourself the headache and anxiety and do not book Bellhop. I received a phone call 30 minutes before my movers were supposed to show and they asked to reschedule for another day - while I was literally looking at the Bellhop moving truck outside my home. What?! The poor driver didn’t even know. So unprofessional. They made zero effort to accommodate me even though I had reserved this months prior and they had already charged me my full amount. They just kept apologizing for the “inconvenience ” and pushing to book me for another day - which obviously I didn’t.Of all businesses, moving companies should NEVER cancel on their clients. There was no back up plan or anything and I had to be out of my home that day. DO NOT BOOK THEM! Moving is already so stressful, and this company clearly only cares about making a quick buck. Pay an extra $150 and book real movers (Miracle Movers Raleigh ended up squeezing me in with 5 hours notice and were amazing) who actually show up and know what they’re doing.Fun fact: was airing my frustrations to a friend, who told me she hired Bellhop for her move and they did the exact same thing to her last year! Yikes.

Scheduled a move far in advance. The day of the move, they called and canceled. I was left, completely screwed… I had to hire another company. I’ve worked for a moving company and never have I heard of this happening before. Hands down worst moving company I’ve ever experienced. Now they will try to respond to this to make it seem like they care. If they really cared they wouldn’t make such a massive mistake. I could maybe understand if it was a tiny company, but they are nation wide… so terrible
