Manager and customer service employee they are really bad for responding, I did call 10 times and they picked up and transferred or hang up and waiting and waiting, no body answer my question and I have returned items in store and I still haven't received my refund I am really tired of calling

Bad customer service! I waited for 10 minutes to get checked out and the manager said go to the kids section! I'm in the home section with a register! She said it with an attitude!

They have a good selection of men’s big and tall clothing! They have what seem like really good deals on % off until you see the prices! By the time we got all the sales prices figured in we paid about the same as we would at other places so I’m happy, but I wish they would just mark the prices down instead of trying to fool you into thinking you’re getting a great deal on something. After I made my selections, it was a mile of walking to find a cash register that actually had a cashier at it! All in all, decent prices, good selection, so so customer service.

Belk is my favorite store but they need to hire more people to help checking out. It’s ridiculous to spend more time finding someone to check you out than in the store.

My favorite place to show. I only buy when items when there is a clearance or coupon, and they always have multiple one’s every day…not just for holidays! Any returns, Joe at Crabtree handles quickly and with a smile.
