  I wanted to shop between the upper floor and lower floor but there's no way to get app or down unless you go out into the mall.And use their escalator. There is no escalator inside belks. So I had to cash out upstairs and then go all the way down and around to buy stuff downstairs.

  This Belk has an outlet store! 2nd floor is an original Belk. You have to park on the first level or go down the escalator in the main mall to get to the 1st floor of the store. First Floor is all outlet prices items. Almost identical to the upstairs store. Huge dress selection!

  There were no seats available at all in any of the women's dressing rooms. I had to sit on the floor to put on my tennis shoes. Note: The handicapped dressing room did have a bench.

  Places is a joke went to return something I bought they couldn’t give me my money back or put my balance on a gift card so I could get what I need they told me system was down nothing they could do manger act like she had no clue what was going on very unprofessional from the co worker and manager if you want to know you can return something that don’t fit after you buy it do not shop here they waste your time and have no problem doing that and look at you and say nothing we can do ! Shame on you belks

  The downstairs is closed off - had to go in through the second story mall entrance, but signs on the outside didn’t inform that.

  Return policy is horrible! You have 30 days to return an item even with a gift receipt. I received a baby gift from a family member during my recovery from having my baby. I went this past weekend to return the item because it’s too small. And found out I couldn’t. My recovery was 6 weeks which is over the 30 days. How was I suppose to return items in time.. MONEY WASTED!

  Lady there sold us fake “Valentino” purses and made it seem like we were receiving the real designer brand for 50% off “plus an additional $200 off.”
  Do not buy from here. Their products are fake and they make you feel like you are getting a good deal when you are getting fake “designer” merchandise.

  Visited Belk, Dunn, NC to make a return. The lady that helped me was very kind and helpful. Would like to have given more than 5 stars.

  I love Belk, but there are hardly any employees to help out. A few times, I left the store without purchases as there was no one to help.
