Walked in on my break at the mall and a lady who was talking to a coworker looked at me and asked how I was doing as I was walking past, I replied "fine, how about you" she looked at me for a minute as I kept walking and then just said "alright" and looked away. She looked as if she was trying not laugh at me. Made me feel uncomfortable and annoyed. May have been named Leticia. But not 100% sure
Another thing is when you're browsing the locked displays half the time they'll ask if you're looking for anything but when I actually wanted to know the price of items I had to wait atleast 30 minutes to be assisted. Being seen but Not helped on a slow day!
It is insane how one worker can destroy a customers image of the store.
Always hiring and hiring the wrong people.

Great shopping experience at Crabtree! Susu gave the best customer service I’ve experienced while shopping in any store. Her knowledge of perfume was greatly appreciated. Would recommend shopping at this location!

Very rude staff tonight, when I looked up hours for Crabtree Mall it says open til 9pm. We parked at the food court upstairs and walked looking for dresses for an event and entered Belk I guess 10 mins before 8pm. No associates mentioned anything about closing at 8pm which I saw a few and the lady in the dept we were looking at should have said something and no gates partially closed or anything. We went into the changing room to try and dress on an a few mins later they turned off the lights! Not all of them but enough where me and my daughter are guessing they close soon. To our surprise almost everyone is gone and we are ushered downstairs and to the furthest door from the rest of the mall to walk outside back to our car. I asked the gentleman at the door the hours and he was rude and said it's on their website and they have been making announcements (which you cant hear btw in the dress section changing room). Would be nice to have these dept stores to have their hours at the main doors of the mall or maybe just a not rude staff. Also have them to unlock a closer door to where people park for the mall. Not safe on that side. Another reason I rarely go to the mall, I shouldn't have to check every store at the mall for hours, should be all located in one place with easy access.
