As usual, there were a lot of things on sale. The store was pretty organized for the mass amount of merchandise on the sales floor however, the dressing rooms had quite a few items in them that were left by previous consumers.

Chavonda Montford Yelverton is the store manager and she is absolutely rude ! I don’t know why did BELK decide to allow an individual with such rudeness and lack of customer service run such a wonderful store!!! SHE IS HORRIBLE and gives off the energy as if she’s better than people, she gives me BLACK KAREN vibes! Do better Belk !!! Cuz Chavonda Montford Yelverton is NOT IT!!! I’ll be sure to write the top dogs about Chavonda Montford Yelverton as well!!

The store was pleasant to shop in. Not overcrowded and was able to find some nice gifts. Belks card offered additional discounts. Only downside was that we went to three checkout counters before we found one open.

None of the Belk's stores in my area have a wheelchair for disabled persons and they don't seem to care if they are ab to shop their stores!

I am a Belks customer come into store to purchase some items. i needed items at Clinique. The sale assistance was there told me they had on customer at another counter to wait. I waited for a long time. She waited on 5 customers never came back to me. I called management they told me to continue to wait. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting.
