It was a busy Saturday and I received great customer service in every department. Some store don't have sales woolen on the floor anymore but Belk still does. They had plenty of open registers and every employee I came across treated me and was accommodating. Great Job!!!! I will definitely choose Belk over Macys or Kohls any day.

Great selection of men's dress and casual apparel, shoes, and reasonable prices on same. The sales associates are professional, and have been patient and courteous, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the stores I have shopped at only located in the state of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina in Hilton Head. I reside in upstate New York.

Belk Men’s Dept located at the 2nd floor or Crabtree Valley Mall at 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612 is a great place to go for Men’s furnishings. Quite large with a phenomenal selection of everything for Men’s Clothing and furnishings. Sales person was helpful and friendly.Highly recommended

I wanted to give a shout out to the gentleman in the men's shoe department! (He had a beard and younger in age) He was the most helpful young man that we have ever had at Belk. He was beyond helpful and kind. Thank you for helping us. We really appreciated it! We didn't catch his name, but here is some of the receipt with his info, I hope his manager knows what a great associate he is!

My go to place for clothes, but I have to wait for the sales. Store layout is ok but it is always a problem finding a cashier. The prices are better than other places and the have good selections except in the handbag department. Everything is the expensive stuff now. The store is clean and most employees are good, if you can find them.

A lady named Alice in the ladies department helped my daughter and myself. She was professional elegant and a really nice person. If I had a clothing business I steal her away. Thanks Alice.

Very clean and plenty of signs reminding customers of the coupons that were available today. Like most places very short staffed but a pleasant overall experience.
