HATE THIS STORE!! They show favoritism and only nice when it comes to a sale!! After that your disregard and ignored. When you finally do spend money on whatever they recommend it never works (help with bundles, hair color, makeup, etc). Leaving you feeling robbed & spammed. That old lady and girl with patches all over are the absolute WROST!!

Best experience in the past year. I was treated as a human person and not just another customer. Miss Song makes you feel welcome and part of the family! Always giving you the best service and always answering my questions truthfully. She is a very honest person and not trying to take advantage of you. Best clippers I bought till this day !! Love this store!!

First time at this store in months. I shop at the beauty supply in Wake Forest. There was an older Asian lady here with curly short hair. For some reason her energy towards me was very negative. It’s funny when Chinese women try to tell me the price difference on hair especially as a black woman. It was more so how she spoke, not her statement but more so how she said it. She was fake nice to the other black woman but some how I didn’t get the professional customer service the other few ladies received. I don’t know what was up with that. Either way It will be a long long time before I enter this store again.

I love this store. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They have a wide variety of products at excellent prices. The workers have the most pleasant attitudes. I will definitely shop here many more times in the future.

I love beauty envy and the staff there…They have become like family. I’m in the store daily almost and have been for at-least the last 2 years. I’ve never felt uncomfortable…or watched. My 1 year old hangs out with them while I do my shopping and she loves them as well. The prices are affordable and they are in a great location. I get my hair supplies and then go next door for a candy apple!

My Niece and I go to Beauty Envy all the time and the staff is amazing and go out of their way to help. Ms Sung is so amazing. She has become like family to us. We keep each other updated on what’s going on in our lives. This is a great place to shop.The inventory is awesome as well.

I love going here for my perfumes. I can always find what I'm looking for and if not the cashier's are always very helpful. I like this location because it's very convenient to where I live. They have a great selection of make up and hair products. You can find them off capitol a few doors down from your pie pizza and Bonchon.

A wide variety of products, the personnel is usually kind, and the store is always well-stocked and clean. I frequently go here when searching for a new cute wig or hair products. The clothing and accessories are cute too.

This review is to correct Patricia Guys review. The review she left is irrelevant not at all what happened. I was shopping while the accident accord. She and her daughter since the moment they enter the store had a poor attitude and being disruptive the entire time. When they got to check out the daughter and mother started arguing in front of everyone . The Manager which is not Chinese ( her discriminating him and saying he is racist mmm okay makes no sense) Everyone of us were trying to shop but they were making us very uncomfortable and manager asked them nicely if they can step outside or do it at home. Me and other customers asked for her to calm down we are in a public place and to discipline her daughter at home. This is a very nice store with great customer service.

The customer service is poor the Chinese man was very rude. Spoke to me like I was not spend my money when I ask him a question about a product that my daughter send me to get. He answer me like I should not ask any question just buy. Have no respect for black people need to stop supporting these store. If it had a zero star I would of give it. Don`t even deserve one star so rude people. I would not be going back their.
