Showed up at the branch at 4:45 to set up a checking account. They told me that they couldn’t help me until the next day, even though there were multiple relationship bankers doing nothing. I asked why. They said it took an hour and that they closed at 5:00. I have multiple business accounts with Truist and none of them took more than :30 to set up. If you want to be walking out the door at 5:00, your business hours should be 9:00-4:30. Horrible customer service. Will be opening up my account elsewhere.

I've been pretty happy with this bank. Their website is good. The staff is pretty helpful. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is that they don't offer a notary. All the other banks do. They claim it's for liability reasons. That's not true, because if it were, no one would notarize. Also, all the other banks notarize so they're not concerned with liability. It just sounds like an excuse to me because it's cheaper and easier for them.Also, if they continue to not answer their phone, I'll drop it down to two stars.

HELP!Basic training needed and a little kindness wouldn’t hurt.Lanie shouldn’t be working with the public. She was rude and would listen doesn’t know what a bank sweep account is or how it works. New branch with poor service.

I stopped by to get a bill of sale notarized and Robert Phillips went over beyond to help me out. Needless say I wasn’t prepared with the correct wording on the bill of sale and he did his job and mine. He couldn’t have been any nicer and more personable. Thanks again Robert !
