Worst experience ever. Opened account online, started creating online id - was blocked due to website glitch since I clicked button 3 times. Went to branch - they unlocked the account and configured online access.Sent money from my bank account - was blocked again.Went to branch - they said to call the specific number.After 3 call transfers when they asked my SSN and other stuff, the woman on the phone asked more personal information and then when she noticed that I'm not happy about the situation and about a lot of personal information - said that my account is closed. Without any explanation.Looks like you can't transfer YOUR money to your Truist account.Nothing criminal, just two ACH transfers from the account with my name. I was't hoping to qualify for an opening bonus with those transfers. They decided to block my account rather than checking eligibility.This is unwanted scenario for your bank to make ACH transfers that may qualify for opening bonus? This is ridiculous. Just do not post bonus or close the promotion. I just wanted to set up a DD later.The worst thing, that it is not so easy to get my money back. Went two times to the branch - no luck.

One star is too much for this branch .The bank managers are incompetent; the bank stole my money and took them a month for them to give it back to me because of a “glitch” in their system . They act dumbfounded as if they don’t understand and all they say is we apologize for the inconvenience; is that going to bring back my money? I filed a complaint with the head office and I am still awaiting for a response from their management of client services.

Diana is a Banker at Truist unsure of how she still has a job very rude , nonchalant and has zero desire to help black customers rude always has an attitude for no reason newsflash Diana if you don't like your job Quit I have banked with this company since 03 when they were SunTrust and Never have I ever endured the snide remarks,lies and disrespect that I received today Saker speaks highly of you I don't see how but that may be another story you might want to take my advice and get an attitude adjustment maybe some retraining or a demotion may serve you a better purpose every encounter with Diana has been negative each time the first time I let slide because I was with my father but people should know what kind of person truly sits in that office doing anything and saying anything to customers not even an apology could make this situation better perhaps a more descent individual that is more prococious and considerate that shows respect and is enthused about helping guests. This seems to be the only Banker there every time I visit so that's enough said within itself! Rant over I need my rest

The teller that I was working with was incredibly rude to me, even calling out "HAVE A NICE DAY" in front of others waiting in line and staff as I was leaving. I will not be going to this location again. Thank you, Gwendolyn.

I’m new to the area & this Truist is closer than any other so I come here often. The times I do have to go inside, I’m ALWAYS greeted. Sekhar helped me today doing multiple things & it was a success. There might be a wait sometimes but other than the wait, they are welcoming & helpful.

I needed advice on transferring BB&T stock. I left a message on two successive days requesting that an associate at this branch call me. On the third day, receiving no reply, I went in person to the bank, but was told that the associate was busy in a meeting with another client. Quietly fuming, I left a written call-back note with my number. That was at 3pm. It’s now three hours later and the bank is closed. And still no reply! I’ve had it with these people.

HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! If you need a money order you can NOT get it through drive through because the lobby is open. They have no signs out there telling you that so while you sit in a long drive through line for them to tell you that you have to come in. Because it's NOT a simple transaction. ??They are rude and needs to be reported !

Stay away from Bbt in Clayton nc ! Rude and they are not open to go in so you have to wait 1 hour to go through drive through..
