I went there to ask about the Birthday Freebies they do, Lady working at the register was so rude!! Customer service was horrible, no have a good night or anything. Didn’t catch her name, but definitely not coming back to this location.

My daughter was given a gift card for Christmas to bath and body works, and she was able to find some amazing deals and a really discounted price. I gave three stars because the young lady on the floor kept looking at my daughter and I as we shopped and was in need of assistance, but she never inquired or asked if we needed anything.

Was having quite a bit of difficulty with an online coupon. The system would not allow me to switch it from in store pick up to a shipment. Courtney came in like Wonder Woman And provided a high level of customer service. She made sure that I was taken care of and that the merchandise I needed for Christmas gift was rung up and in my bag. There has never been an occasion where I had a negative encounter when shopping in this location. Kudos to the store management team for training well rounded team.
