Ray Rodriguez towed my van for me. He was great. He kept me informed and was courteous. He was polite and if I ever needed a tow again, I hope I can have Ray again.

Let’s start with they enable their employees steel, my vehicle was there for 10 days I was notified by my vehicle app that my door had been on opened on the vehicle. I called the tow yard within ten minutes of the notification and reported it to them. Never once did anyone go and check on vehicle. I go to pick up the car a few days later to notice damage to the driver side right door where someone broke the door handle to break in. (The same door I called and reported to them)Management was no help and did not want police involved. Yet, the tow yard took pictures of the vehicle before leaving with it. They still have the pictures and know for a fact the car had been tampered with on their property but will not take responsibility for a door handle that will cost no less than $700 to possibly 2,000 if censors are messed up. Why charge me daily to keep my vehicle if you are not going to keep it safe? Even though they didn’t want police involved a report has been filed.

Where should we begin with this company. The first few days were good, arrived to tow the vehicle in a timely manner. Girls were good at first (Summer & Zoe) after that everything shifted we were going through it with the insurance company and decided to go on and pay out of pocket. At the earliest I could Get back to Raleigh ( 2 hours) with a convenient appointment with Safelite was two days from the call date. I asked for a total with my arrival date included that is where the attitudes begin…..then being told I have to pay cash not over the phone with card. I call The next day to let them know I would be there at 8am then to be told my bill was $100 more than the original price. Three days before picking up the vehicle my car app told me my drivers door was open. I called And they said no one was or should be in the vehicle it was fine. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle….guess what my drivers door handle has been broken!! So this place points to the sign “Not responsible for theft or damage” they definitely enable their employees to be thieves. Would absolutely never recommend them for anyone and they would not have gotten the one star rating had I not Have to push something just to leave a review.

For all the companies that are thinking of using this towing company, I am leaving you my experience. I went to request that they bring my truck from Durham to Raleigh and they charged me by the hour. My truck has a GPS and when they were coming towards Raleigh they stopped for an hour and a half next to Hwy 40 and in a 45-minute period they charged me for 3 and a half hours. Be careful with these thieves ..backed by the Raleigh police.

This towing company is worst in the business. There a lady Ellie who is rude , unprofessional and heartless. They are inconsiderate and inconsistent with their policy. I asked for the manager email and they they don’t know it. Do not use this towing company

Needed a tow for my motorcycle. Waited 4 hours for a tow. When they arrived, their equipment was malfunctioning (motorcycle dolly had a completely sheared wheel and a falling apart). I would give only one star, but giving an extra star because the driver did what he could.

Used this company a few months ago. We paid $125 for 17 miles of towing. Just called for another quote to go .6 miles. Was told $200. She tried to lower the price on the phone to $150... for .6 miles. Don't waste your time.

Barbour’s towing was Johnny on the spot!!! They responded very fast and was extra thorough on making sure my box was secure before transporting it. Five stars isn’t enough to rate the great group of people at Barbour’s Towing.

They were very quick and affordable place the tow truck came within a hour or so not even really. He was very informative and took photos before and after dropping my car off made sure everything was secured and made me feel like my car is safe with him
