I can not express how amazing my experience at Bailey's was when it came to engagement ring shopping. Othman is an absolute gem of a human and made shopping so much fun. The constant laughs, looking at rings until we found the perfect one. Another should out to Ferda who I had the pleasure of meeting while my boyfriend was taking care of the business with the ring. She was so nice, friendly, we shared great conversation and she showed me other pieces. I would give this place 15 stars if I could.

I had the best experience picking out an engagement ring for my fiancée at Bailey's. Othman took great care of me from start to finish. He was so knowledgeable and gave me his real opinions, which I appreciated. He made me feel comfortable with every step of the process and we picked out an amazing ring that my fiancée loves. The ring was finished quickly and Othman personally let me know it was ready for pick up. 10/10 you have to buy your jewelry with Othman at Baileys's!

I must say that I always have a great experience when shopping with Bailey’s Fine Jewelry at Crabtree. Everyone is so welcoming. With my las purchase for Christmas Damaris did a great job with showing me various items that would fit what I was looking for. Her customer service was great from the beginning until the end of my purchase.

We had purchased my engagement ring last July from this location. At the time of sale we were told we could trade in the lab grown diamond ring at any point to upgrade. Three months later this was not the case. I was told that the saleswoman had been misinformed. I went back into the store today around 1:15pm to get my ring cleaned and look at wedding band selections to order with plenty of time for our wedding. The saleswoman did not seem inclined to help me. I asked to see the wedding bands. She told me they did not have many options. I asked if it would be better to come back after they received more stock post-holiday season. She told me “there’s no guarantee, people get married every day."I asked if other Bailey's locations would have more options. She told me she didn’t know and followed that statement by saying there were other jewelry stores in the mall I could go to. I told her we have an account with Bailey's and I asked to see some ring jackets and single bands. I tried to inquire about the differences between u-prong and French set bands. She gave me one-word answers. It was evident that she had no desire to help me find the wedding band of my dreams. She directed me to the other counter to get my engagement ring cleaned.At this point in time, she walked back to the center counter and began flirting with the male sales associate and discussing “how many Tik Toks she’s done recently”. We will be taking our business elsewhere for any further ring upgrades and wedding bands. It was a very demoralizing experience.Updated: As of 1/8/23 supposedly I will be contacted by the store manager about this issue.

Back in July I had a 10/10 experience in purchasing my engagement ring from Othman at Baileys, this weekend I finally proposed and it’s safe to say the ring was perfect! Initially, I stepped into Diamonds Direct and left feeling super pushed and forced into a ring I was unsure of. The next day I had my appointment with Othman and I cannot express how amazing he was during the entire process, I felt very relaxed and understood. Super informative and very professional. Othman and Bailey’s helped me purchase the perfect ring with such ease and I can’t thank him and Bailey’s enough!!!

We had an amazing experience at Bailey’s. Ferda is very knowledgable and a genuinely kind person. She was extremely patient with us and worked with us for several days to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We could not be happier with our level of customer care and our purchase.

I have been on the hunt for a beautiful paperclip 14k solid gold necklace for months. All the ones at the big box stores are just simple and plain and most definitely not solid even though they tell you they are. My family and I walked into Bailey's and we were greeted by Ferda and she was wearing exactly what I was looking for. She immediately took it off let me try it on and let me walk over to my husband. She made me feel like a special customer. I didn't need to look any further. I ordered it that evening. The only downside was I had to wait about 6 weeks. But it was absolutely worth it! Thank you for your kindness Ferda!

10/10 would recommend Othman! He went out of his way to make sure I found the perfect diamond for an engagement ring. He was incredibly patient and helpful, and a huge part of a successful proposal! My fiancée has gotten so many compliments about the ring. Couldn't be happier :). Thanks Othman!!!

I can’t not say how happy I am to receive there beautiful rings for me and my fiancé soon to be husband! There breath taking like I was so happy. And my fiancé was amazed at the beautiful carbon fiber that was in graved into the ring. So happy with this and honestly will be recommending baileys to anyone who is getting engaged or married! Custom made rings only took ours 1 week to be done !!Shoutout to FERDA RANDOLPH
