Been working on my own cars for over a decade (27yo) been to many different parts stores/competitors and autozone locations, Richard is one of the best parts store associates I’ve dealt with. Understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to listen. I drive 20 mins from Fuquay due to this location, specifically the hours and the staff.

Came to pick up online purchase. Had to wait in LOOOOONG line forever. Clerks working cared more about people calling than the people waiting on store. Moving sooo slow. I’ll never come here again.

Plz stop putting order to pick up a package drive 30 miles for 5 buck. We don’t work for Uber or Autozone we are independent contract. I understand you guys are cheap with your parts doesn’t mean we gotta do the same plus advance auto part is a lot better than Autozone. Next complain ima put a pic off all the requests you guys make everyday for a low pay. I have an idea send one off your employees on their car and you will se the consequences

The worst customer service today by Dwayne.. I asked for a paper towel to check my oil and he blurted to go buy some and told me they were in back of the store.
I ordered a at alternator from the Capitol blvd store in Raleigh.. it came July 9 and I picked up on the 10th. it was packaged and the people at the capital blvd gave it to me without checking the part to see if it was correct. I gave them my core at the Capitol store without realizing uit was the wrong part. My mechanic came Saturday and of course he tells me that it's the wrong part. I call the Capitol Blvd store whom apologize and stated that there is one at the hub in Garner, NC. The mechanic goes to retrieve the part but now they are trying to charge me an additional $179. Im tripping.. Why they just cant order the part if this one is not the part that the employee stated that they had... $179 is a big difference from the original price.. I didn't have it.. BUT I also didn't have my original part... i didn't want to pay an additional $179 when i originally paid $107.. Thats $300..... i was in Charlotte, NC so the mechanic takes the part to Capitol ablvd in Raleigh since they were the ones that sold the part.. it was a 2 hour process for my mechanic and me.. I decided to get it at a different place of business but didn't have the core and the management was unwilling to work with me.. worst experience. worst customer service
