I hate to tell negative reviews .I called Automan on Monday and made an appointment for an inspection for Tuesday 2pm. However when I arrived on Tuesday, they said they were busy and couldn't provide the service so they asked to come back the next day, the manager didn't even say * I am sorry * which I found very inconsiderate. ? cleaning up the form around the battery they changed me $40

Friendly service and they get the job done. They are normally closed on the weekends but still allowed me to come and pick up my car on a Saturday morning.

After a grease monkey, posing as a mobile mechanic, by the name of Flash, moonlighting from a custom car and performance shop in Durham, sloppily, carelessly, and unknowledgeably ruined the top end of my Mitsubishi's V-6 engine, by incorrectly reinstalling the timing belt, which he did not have to remove, in the first place, and by not properly setting the camshaft alignments, while replacing a simple sensor. I was lucky enough to find the ASE certified professional technicians at AutoMan. They thoroughly performed the intricate steps of a timing belt replacement, necessitated by Flash's incompetence, reset the engine to factory specifications and, at least got the car running again.
My next review of AutoMan will discuss the quality of their work in giving my Mitsubishi a valve job.

I plan on more services from them including spark plugs and belts. I thought I changed the oil and just drained my trans...I have a Subaru. I also added like 4 quarts to my engine. They drained that and refilled the trans before they closed and fit me in, too! It was awesome. I drive Lyft, so the fact that they helped me and it works again priceless. It also works better than before by several other opinions outside of just mine, too.
