I highly recommend this place if you need auto parts or routine maintenance service. Great deals and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I got everything I needed and even a complimentary parts installation in a quick ten minute visit without even needing an appointment. A quality family-owned business like this will always be more reliable than the big chains.

Ali is hands down one of the most patient and helpful auto parts professionals I have come across. Recently lost the brakes on my only vehicle. Ali and his son took time to bring me the parts I needed because I had no way to get back and forth. Can’t say enough about this place! Customer for life!!!

Went in here for the first time today and had such a phenomenal experience. They had almost everything I needed and what they didn’t have, they brought to the store within an hour and it was super easy for me to pop back over. Customer service was great, Oli was so helpful and so kind. I’ll recommend this place to anyone that needs parts or service!

I went in for some engine mount replacements, stabilizer replacement and an oil change. Ali was amazing, so kind and very nice to talk to. The problem is fixed and my car runs so smooth. I definitely recommend using Auto Value Parts as your mechanic and parts store!!!!

My car battery died leaving me stranded at NC State. With some help, I was able to make it to Auto Value and they installed a new battery with 10 minutes. Great service! Great people!
