But I was with another agency with state farm and they were not so nice so I switched over to ms Jackie new Kirk and I can say the difference is amazing. Everyone is so nice and respectful and don’t treat you like we just need your payment. I want to shout out to ms Shelia who helped me with switching over my insurance info into another vehicle and giving me all the information I needed also didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me off the phone. I’ve spoken to Emily a couple of times as well and she has redirected me in the correct places so thank you guys again. Well done customer service I would most definitely send people your way.”

“Very good company, I recently changed states and I needed to be able to put on license plates and get insurance but it had been almost impossible for me because I didn't have a license. They explained it to me step by step, helped me with every question I had and in general were very patient and kind. They were able to get my plates, they gave me car insurance and not only that, but they also helped me acquire life insurance, they are very good at what they do.
