“My son was in Raleigh visiting his girlfriend that goes to NC State. He had a light come on his dashboard that could have had several causes from simple to very complex. My son is 19 and we are from Pennsylvania. He could have been easily taken advantage of in this situation. Not the case with Mac’s. “They cleaned my car very well. It’s shiny on the outside, the floor vacuuming was thorough, and the mats are very clean. However, I don't think they wiped all the seats because I still see some stains on the back. With tan leather seats, these stains are easy to notice. I even had to ask the guy to come back and scrub a sticky stain from the back seat. I wasn't expecting full detailing for $50, but at least a wipe-down of the seats, front and back.
I think it would be great if they included some sort of air freshener as a complementary service to enhance the feeling of cleanliness, as the smell after cleaning was not very pleasant.”

“I wanted to due a nice thing for a friend that just had knee replacement and had let his car get pretty dirty. Davante did a fantastic job with heavily soiled seats and headrests. The carpets came out great and the hard surfaces cleaned up very well. The paint on the exterior was stained and damaged in several areas but Davante even made those look better than I had hoped for.
