I brought in my car at the scheduled time and I was taken care of immediately. A loaner car was ready for me. I had asked if they could possible finish the car by 3 pm - and it was done much earlier. This is the first service for this car (2023 A5 Sportback) and I couldn't be happier with the experience - special thanks to Rich Kuhn who took care of me!

I recently worked with Summer and Mariam on the purchase of my 2021 Q5. Summer was so patient with me - taking me for an extended test drive with both a Q3 and Q5, and listening to what I wanted (which was pretty specific). I wasn’t in a rush, and she never applied any pressure to buy something they had available or to push me into something outside of my budget. When I saw something pop up a few weeks after our initial meeting, Mariam helped bring the deal to the finish line that same day. I was so impressed with both of their knowledge and expertise, and it was so helpful since I am new to Audi (but have owned BMW and Mercedes in the past, so am a big fan of German engineering!). I am so excited about my Q5 and working with them both was an amazing experience. The financial part was very streamlined and easy! Joe is also a rockstar!
