Looks like I have to write a review for Google first since they do not have option to post the review with 0 star rating.. AGS guys simply telling me that my 2000$ TV is sent to wrong location (different state) and they do not know expected delivery date yet.

I ordered a TV from Samsung. So far it has been nothing but excuses and delays for delivery. They refuse to answer phones and online chats. ANY company that wishes to have a carrier that is dependable for their shipping needs, they need to look at any other company than this one. This company needs to be put out of business

I'm glad I didn't have the experience that the other reviewer's have apparently had. I ordered my Samsung TV on February 11th. It's a whopper of a TV, so AGS picked it up the 12th, it was in transit on the 14th, it was recovered at the local airport on the 17th, I scheduled my appointment for the 28th on the 18th, and then on the 23rd I got a call from a fellow, Joe I believe, who said he had a two man crew able to deliver it on the 24th. I had to pass on this opportunity unfortunately due to work hours, but I thanked him and told him that it was probably best to stick to the Monday delivery 1pm-5pm slot.Monday came and I went home at lunch time to work from home the rest of the afternoon and wait for the TV. At 3:05PM I got a call from Sean saying that he was about a half hour away. At 3:24PM he called again to let me know he was actually closer than anticipated. At 3:30PM, the delivery truck was in my driveway and at 3:34PM, my TV was in my dining room ready to be unpacked and set up. The box was as in good a condition as you can expect something that big to be and the TV was in perfect condition. I do wish I'd been given the opportunity to check out the package before being asked to sign the paperwork though, but that's a minor complaint over all.I'm very happy with my service and hope that everyone has the same experience as I had with AGS.

they will reschedule your shipment without any warning and the customer service lady has a terrible attitude does not try to help at all

THEY LOST MY 55” SAMSUNG TV they told me “unfortunately we think someone else may have it” WHAT? WHY WOULD U SAY THAT DO NOT USE AGS FOR ANYTHING PLEASE STEER AWAY!!!!!

We use these guys for a lot of our large equipment shipments for offshore work. They have always been responsive and adapt according to our odd project locations.

This company is a JOKE!!! Samsung need to do better than this!!! Come on people!!!! Have no words to describe this horrible service!!! This people went you call for information treat you like you asking for a favor!!!! I spend more than $2200 for a TV with Samsung and my TV is taking more than 25 days to get it??? That’s no even posible!!! I should go to Best Buy next time and have it delivery by the next day.
