Very welcoming! Justin is absolutely amazing, he helped me pick out a beautiful bohemian set, I can’t wait till it comes in! I absolutely love it very demure!!!! He was kind, great listener and just charming. Definitely needs a raise cause okay!!

Love atmosphere of the store. And the workers are willing to help us, but especially Alyson did a great job explaining the details of the furniture and the expense cost of furniture. This is my second time coming to purchase item And Ashely furniture store has been one of the greatest place to shop.

I was greeted by Mr Grant. A very nice and approachable salesman. He provided excellent customer service by staying within site but not too close. If we had questions he answered them quickly.
I had a very nice experience purchasing my new sectional.

The staff at this location was exceptional. So helpful and kind. Answered all questions quickly and efficiently. The associate Sam who helped me, was fantastic! I highly recommend that you visit this store for quality furniture at a good price. I will be coming back for my adjustable base for my bed!

Had a really good experience at this store, Voris was great to work with and did us a solid by showing us around and helping us pull the trigger on just the right sectional for us. Would definitely recommend him and this location!

Efficient process. Worked with us to meet our requirements on pricing, financing and delivery/set up. Allyson (sales rep) was prepared for our scheduled visit and we were able to execute the transaction of multiple items (sofa chaise chair DR table bench & chairs) in an hour.

Beware!!! Ashley Furniture is garbage and they do not stand behind it at all. Their warranty/protections plans—-BS. Save your money and your sanity, shop elsewhere. I’ve had multiple issues with them over multiple purchases and will never, ever shop there again.
Update 10/17/24: Ashley asked me to text them in response to my review and then they ignore my texts. What an absolute joke.
