If you are looking to get something framed, do not waste your time here. There are much better other options in the area that value customers and retain staff that knows what they are doing. This is a store that happens to do framing.

Ever in my life have I need treated more rudely in a shop as Margaret treated me yesterday. I came to North Hills for 2 days to specifically shop for frames/shadow boxes for some prices I am working on. She told me several times “that one is expensive” and “have you tried Micheals”. With a 15k budget for the items I was looking for she would not even give me a quote. As a 50yo woman who has been in the art and design biz for nearly 3 decades it is super sad that she is a representative of local artist or the art would in general. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Best gallery in Raleigh! I came to a gallery opening which was not only so much fun but we had a chance to meet with the featured artist and talk about there inspiration for the work. I came pack and the ladies working here are fantastic. From choosing the perfect piece to framing and installations Art Source is the place to go!!

A fine collection of original art work by local artists can be found here. They have sculpture and ceramics, too, but most of the space is dedicated to paintings.

I really do hate to leave this review but I feel it's necessary. I had been wishing to see this store for awhile and over the past week I stopped in looking for Christmas gifts. I was the only customer in the store the entire time I was in the store. There were a minimum of four different employees I saw. In the five minutes I was in the store (not a huge store) not one employee said hi, acknowledged me, or even nodded in my direction. Talk about not feeling welcomed. For what it's worth I was dressed very appropriately for walking into an art gallery so I don't think it was a matter of ignoring the weird looking man until he leaves.The store is nice; it's in a nice shopping mall; hence the two star review but customer service should be a 0 star review.

Sharon and Marsha took great care to see that I was welcome in their gorgeous space and despite Holliday crowds it was easy to find parking nearby! Great art and professional care!
