Great place to get a car. They went above and beyond to work with us. Fiance worked out of town and they communicated with us and was able to obtain the car. Even painted the car. Love this place will definitely come back. Such a great atmosphere we lived two hours away and they even asked if we needed refreshments to travel back

They recently went under new ownership and the sales guys were great! I initially was looking at a Inifiiti but it wasn't really what I wanted. They did not pressure me to buy it or anything on their lot for that matter. But instead asked what kind of car I wanted. They had it at the other location, Drive 1, I loved it and was a smooth transaction from there on. When I brought it home, I noticed it had a crack in the front bumper I didn't notice before. I brought it back the next day, and they had it fixed in a couple hours looking brand new! Omid is a really good guy, and I would suggest finding him for your next car purchase.

I purchased a vehicle at Aria Auto this past week. They were very helpful with all of my questions and very professional. Stay away from this dealership. After purchasing the car , I received a text from the finance manager stating that the finance company pulled financing and that he another car for me . He tried the yoyo tactic . When that didn't work , I received a call from another manager saying they worked a deal . He tried to convince me to pay $4000
cash because they didn't get the full amount of car which was a bold face lie . When I contacted the finance company the original deal has went through. And to make matters worse I had to pay $200 for a battery 3 days later because the battery was dead. .

Man listen we all have different experiences with side car dealers but when I tell u guys just about all of Raleigh Nc Carlots are shady business owners..it’s all about the money not the customers.spent 18,586.00 with them for a Dodge charger.lights came on not even 24 hours after buying the Carr and the A/C stopped working .called to the dealer was told to come there and they will fix the problem.get there and the refused to get the mechanic to fix the car told me to come back the following Tuesday to fix the car right after I spent 18,586.00 check with them and you telling me u can’t fix it because your mechanics are to busy but u wanted my money tho and u can’t fix this car right for 18.586.00??!!PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP..no kinda respect for women JUSTIN ,BEN EDDIE and the MECHANICS TRUST AT yOUR ON WILL THE WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY FROM…&& as I was outside waiting for over 30 minutes to see about the tire,,they was standing inside looking out the window at me..
