I have been apart of The Appletree daycare family for 8 years. That along says a lot. From the director.. to the receptionist … from the teachers to the parents. I love them all. The daycare itself is amazing, warm,, loving and kind. My kids have learn and grown some much at Appletree daycare. If you’re looking for teachers and staff members who REALLY care, I recommend Appletree Child Development Center!!!

The center is always clean. The directors are always helpful and the teachers are helpful and nice. The homework pages sent home on the weekends have helped my toddler learn.

For starters, we probably don’t do this enough, but our family would like to pause and take a brief moment to simply share a tremendous THANKS to the entire staff and administration (top/down) for everything that each and every one of you do at this AppleTree Childcare Development Center (#4) for the children. I cannot and will not speak for any other location but this one thus far has offered phenomenal childcare with an excellent curriculum and learning environment to my children now for several years. Having multiple children enrolled at various ages, we have had the opportunity to essentially experience every classroom and truly amazed with the level of care and attention our team receives. If at any time an issue has arisen, it has been addressed and resolved timely with professionalism. The entire staff is genuine (front office/back office/classrooms/cafeteria, etc.), very caring and always going above and beyond to meet the needs of my children in every way. Thank you, Teachers!! I also cannot speak highly enough about the superb Leadership and attentiveness displayed in support of the staff and children at all times from Mrs. Donnell Ragan and Mrs. Ana Martinez in this Center. I must say, all these teachers get raving reviews from us for being so super patient and focused on what matters when providing accurate/proper education to each of them in preparation for the next step and levels to come while making learning fun. My children actually look forward to going to school every day and this is a blessing while knowing they are in great hands during the day when not with me. This Center has assisted my family with advancing our children’s learning abilities and continues to work on their preparation to succeed as they move forward.I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have enrolled my children in this Center, which together in working with us, has provided each of them a great foundation with forward momentum to exceed expectations and positively impact their futures. In closing, I would also say having experienced one pre-K graduation so far and Kindergarten entry from this Center, there are no other pre-K graduation ceremonies that can live up to the amazing display executed by this staff. They really made all the children and parents feel so very special and during this major milestone accomplishment, that’s all you can ask for and it’s what they delivered. I would highly recommend this Center for all your childcare needs!!

My child has been at appletree since she was 3 months old and 4 years later I still have no complaints. She has been treated so beautifully the entire time. My only concern is that the employees should be getting paid way more for providing quality care for these kids.. and for the amount of work they do! Some of these employees are getting paid $11-15 an hour, if that.. which isn’t even a livable wage anymore. The patience they have with all these babies and toddlers and even the older kids is amazing. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about your children. Aside from that, I definitely recommend this appletree location for kids of any ages. They also drop off and pick up the older kids to and from elementary school and keep them during summer breaks and track outs which is so awesome.

Horrible experience as this being the first “Child Development” center experience I’ve had since moving to NC. The directors are in place strictly to run the business, it is not about the kids as much as it’s about gossiping and switching up their moods and making the visitors feel their attitudes WHENEVER they feel like. Some of them claim God but have no genuine love. They are phony and they are disingenuous and patronize parents as opposed to being authentic. They have no patience for children who misbehave and are imperfect sometimes, kids can’t be robots 24/7. They definitely have favorites and when you stand up for what is right, they talk about parents amongst each other and then when you walk in after they done talked about you, they all will act funny towards you. Watched this happen at least 3-4 times since going here.

We switched to Appletree Daycare #4 after a change in our previous care and the change has been nothing but outstanding! From the environment to the teachers and the way that my son is cared for - I can't begin to say enough great things about this location. If I had to summarize what I love most about this facility is the level of care you and your child receives from the minute you walk through the front door. All of the teachers and administrators really care about the kids and make it a priority to know each and every one of them, even if they're not in their rooms as their full-time teacher. My son went from not wanting to go to daycare at his previous spot to now looking forward to Monday's so he can see his teachers and his friends. His mind, emotions, and personality are developing wonderfully because of they care they provide and how they work with each child at their own pace.I am forever grateful to know we have a loving place to send him and know that he is in good hands all around!

You can go by these other fake reviews that were posted...because when my children went there the director ASKED parents and staff to put Good reviews or you can trust your instincts as a parent and Google "Appletree daycare teacher arrested" The article Speaks for itself... My son with special needs was treated VERY poorly at appletree...i was constantly called and HARRASSED EVERYDAY until they forced my hand to remove my child because the teachers were UNSKILLED and Lacked patience to deal with a 3 year old!! I would NEVER recommend Appletree child development center!

I love working for Appletree I have been able to implement the education I have learned regarding early childhood education.I love that Appletree is partner with NC Teach program and that the Directors and Corporate encourages the teachers to get educated.There are so many benefits in working with Appletree the Directors work with the staff . I even brought my grandchildren here because I was pleased with the other teachers.We are also NAEYC members.

I've worked for ACDC 7 years I love the atmosphere it's like working with family. The owner really cares about her employees she always there for us and she will extend her hands to assist us in times of need. Management are cool and understanding along with being flexible for the employees as well. I wouldn't trade this group of people for nothing in this world that's why I have been here for 7 years and my plan is to continue on until retirement.

I give Apple tree Daycare off Poole Road Center # 4 five stars, because everyone there is nice, you’re greeted as soon as you walk in the door. Also the staff are very responsive, professional when I arrive and picked up my daughter “she looks safe, happy,” she’s cleaned up the way I dropped her off,also my daughter talks about her teacher Ms.Marian a lot.Moreover she’s become more talkative Ha Ha.My daughter have came along ways from her first first day I dropped her off she loves Appletree Daycare. Also I’m sorry, I can’t remember her first teachers names but I want to say they are awesome thank you. I don’t know what I would have done without them with the potty training they did a fantastic Job that help me out a lot. The transition from diapers to pull-ups to using the bathroom awesome job you all!!Thank you,Shakisha Wither
