I was blown away by my experience purchasing my wedding gown at this store!! From helping me secure a same-day appointment to quickly taking a dress off a mannequin to make sure I got to try on my exact size, my stylists went out of their way to give me the best experience. After sleeping on my decision, I came back in to try on the dress once more a few days later and had the same wonderful experience. Emma and Shelby are so helpful, kind and knowledgable, and I'm grateful for their help in finding my dream dress. It arrived SO FAST and in perfect condition. I highly recommend!

The staff was INCREDIBLY rude. It was my first day going to try on wedding dresses after getting engaged and I was unaware that you needed an appointment - nor is there any signage indicating this. The staff literally ran up to my and took the dresses out of my hand and rudely said you are not allowed to get these. Then I asked how to book and appointment and the lady said again very rudely I have no idea. The other lady who was supposed to give me the answer was too concerned with ending her shift on time to even answer me. Will NEVER return for wedding or regular after this.

I bought my wedding dress here at Anthropologie thanks to Anna Elizabeth!! My family and I had such a wonderful experience during our appointment with her. She made the experience so fun and special, and I ended up going for a dress that she suggested - it was totally different to dresses I’d tried on before and I just fell in love. Thank you Anna Elizabeth!

I was looking for a rehearsal dinner and wedding guest dress for my brothers wedding, and the dress shop at North Hills was so helpful. Nedda was super helpful. She pulled dresses in she thought I may like and gave sizing and fit opinions that were so helpful. She did a great job noting what I styles I liked, and sent links for me to access the styles online. She didn’t pressure me to buy anything (even though I’m going back buy the dresses I tried on). Very impressed with Anthropologie at North Hills.

Love the place and products!!!!! We were looking for prom dresses and they have great shape/cut / forms for dresses for young girls!!!! …. And the bridal section is AMAZING!!!!!!!!

My best friend just got her perfect wedding dress today thanks to Shelby! My bestie came in with a specific dress in mind, it was great. But Shelby pulled a wild card that ended up being THE DRESS. Shelby is a phenomenal associate and has some serious talent at what's he does. I can't thank yall enough for taking such good care of my girl.

I visited this location with a friend today. Upon entering, I immediately saw three employees standing near the register (not assisting anyone). As we were looking around, not one employee greeted us nor asked if we needed assistance. I even saw another employee walk by me and she also did not greet me. We left because it was clear our business was not wanted there.

Great experience with my BHLDN consultant, Grace. She was personable, informative and attentive. However, after my appointment, my sister and I walked the floor of the store and I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. The other associates were dismissive and rude.
