The loft and the regular store do not communicate-extremely inconvenient for customers. You are the same thing I've done a little research and I know that your parent company is the same. So when I make a purchase I should be able to return in store to either store

To the staff if you are gonna display your merchandise on a mannequin, at least get the wrinkles out... Either iron or steam them. If i had been uour district manager the whole crew would have gotten write ups.. This is pathetic.

I am sorry but don’t be rude if I have to slip my mask off so my phone unlocks my banking app. I keep my mask on at all other times. We weren’t even within 6 feet of the cashier. The rude response was unwarranted especially when we are spending money in your store. At least I didn’t hand you a bunch of dirty cash.

Very classy ladywear. Took a friend to get her some lady's business suits, was impressed with the modern cuts and fabrics and got some good stuff on sale. They were very informative and helpful too.

I just browsed around this place for about 30 to 45 minutes. Although the clothing was a little pricey for me, it is really good stuff. Also, it’s located in the mall so then there’s that. I would go here to buy something very swanky for my significant other, but it was nice just to walk around in here. The people were very accommodating and really helpful! I will certainly return back again

Offer free shipping returns! Shipping is very expensive and then I have to pay $9 back in shipping (again) for returns!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order and 2 minutes later noticed that I ordered 2 of the same shirts.Called in immediately. Apparently they process the orders immediately and couldn't edit/ cancel my account. Bought a $6 shirt and ended up paying $9 for return shipping!

I cannot say enough good things about this store. Excellent customer service (especially Tiffany). There are plenty of stores with cute clothes, but how you treat your customers is what leads to loyalty, and Ann Taylor is definitely doing it right! Lifelong customer right here.
