The staff are so helpful and caring! After my cat had surgery, they called me multiple times over the next few days just to check on my cat :) I couldn't be more grateful for everyone there. They also have a points system through their app where you can earn freebies & discounts. Awesome!!!

You guys, this place absolutely rocks! Dr. Goetz and all of her staff are amazing. She is incredibly smart, a superbly skilled veterinarian with impeccable knowledge of medicine. Her diagnostic skills are truly outstanding. She cares deeply about your furry/semi furry and non-furry babies and will guide you through the treatment process like caring for her own. We’ve had a few pets and been through various vets throughout our lives. Hands down, I would not trust my babies with anyone else, except for Dr. Goetz. Thank you and your team for being such exceptionally wonderful and caring people!

This is my 1st visit with getting my new 3 month old puppy established. Had an absolute great experience. Very positive environment and knowledgeable staff. They really care. I am glad I found this vet - highly recommend!

First time visitor. Everyone I encountered was amazing. They were cheerful, caring and showed genuine concern for my aging cat. They are great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vet experience.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Brier Creek Animal Hospital—I had to work an early shift today, so my boyfriend had to take my cat (Melody) to the vet this morning, due to her having some issues while peeing. At her previous vet, they were very dismissive of Melody’s problems, and just told me nothing was wrong with her after running no tests. Brier Creek Animal Hospital ran so many tests today! They genuinely cared about helping our baby, and I’m so, SO thankful! They also provided a binder full of resources, so even though I wasn’t personally there, I won’t miss out on any important information?. Thank you, Brier Creek Animal Hospital, for taking the time to care for Melody, and for listening to our concerns. Now she can finally get the help she needs, she’s already feeling so much better!?

Excellent care both for our new puppies and our senior dog. After the service from a major veterinarian chain has steadily deteteriated thorough the last decade, coming here was a breath of fresh air.

Absolutely loved the way my cat and I were treated here. Excellent care, and honest vets. Where else will my vet tech recommend I play music for my cat when I’m not at home so she’s not bored and lonely? That’s amazing consideration from them!! From the front desk to Dr. Goetz and Ms. Michelle and Cara and Isabella— thank yall for being honest and letting me know I was just helicoptering too hard! Saving me a lot of money and peace of mind is priceless. Could not recommend them enough. They even squeezed me in even though they were full!!! I could type pages about how happy I was with their service and I hope I don’t see them again soon but my cat and I look forward to our six month checkup!!

Animal Hospital at Brier Creek has been heaven sent for me and my beloved fur babies! The care they provide is UNMATCHED!! They have soothed my soul (literally & figuratively) and restored wellness for both of my babies. I am so grateful for their loving and devoted care!???

I will never forget the staff and Dr that helped me on Friday May 17th, 2024. My almost 15 year old small 4lb doggy had been missing for 3 whole nights, we had been searching everywhere and desperate to find her, we hired a tracking company and they tracked my baby’s scent and we found her, in a ditch in the woods and hanging on for life. I grabbed her hopped in the car put in a vet near me and found this Vet Clinic, I ran in and they immediately took my baby and started helping her. The compassion, the care, the comfort I experienced is unmatched. I just moved to the area and didn’t have a new vet at the time my doggy was always seen at the clinic in petsmart. After hours of working they got my girl stable, and ultimately we had to take her to a 24 hour care facility. I know that I had an Angel with me that day because they were absolutely AMAZING. I will recommend them to everyoneeeee!! If you need pet care from people who CARE this is the place to go. HANDS DOWN! They did not ask me to do this, I still haven’t even given them an update yet, but I went to call them and because it’s Sunday they’re closed, but I just had to tell everyone my experience with them. Thank you all for EVERYTHING I was alone, in tears and shaking and they made me feel so comfortable, the techs and nurses were constantly updating me, they’re incredible. I hope I can bring my Sadiebells in there for them to all meet her when she's home & back to her normal self. Thank you to everyone who was there that day the women at the front desk, the tech that ran me in and held the door, the lady who grabbed her out my arms and took her straight to the doctor, and the two lady’s that was constantly updating me and working on her alongside the Dr. and to the doctor your incredible and thank you so much for everything! I wish I could give 100 stars because you all deserve it! Everyone in there went above and beyond! My family is forever grateful!
