ORBIT Raleigh Bowling Tournament hosted a multiday event at Bowlero Raleigh over the Labor Day weekend. The board and I cannot thank their management and entire team for the great work they did in supporting and serving our 152 bowlers and their guests.
Greg, Joe, Jaime, Sidney, and the rest of the team went out of their way to accommodate our large group and helped us provide a positive, energetic, and entertaining experience for our fundraiser. Whether helping with audio visual needs, assisting with placement of our many registration tables, keeping us fed and hydrated, or providing timely scoring, we felt we were in good hands.
We’re very much looking forward to hosting an even better tournament at Bowlero Raleigh in 2025.

Our experience at our recent bowling tournament held at Bolero was marred by several operational inefficiencies, particularly in the area of food and beverage services. The tournament, which hosted approximately 160 bowlers, was inadequately staffed, with only two snack bar attendants and one bartender available to cater to the needs of the participants. This resulted in excessively long waiting times for food orders, with some bowlers waiting up to 50 minutes to receive their meals.
Furthermore, the management seemed apathetic towards the situation and made no discernible efforts to rectify the problems or expedite the food service. The staff at the snack bar exhibited unprofessional behavior, displaying rudeness and disorganization. It appeared that there was a lack of clear direction and coordination from the management to address these issues effectively.
In order to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future events, it is imperative that Bolero takes immediate steps to improve its operational efficiency and customer service. This may involve increasing the number of staff members allocated to food and beverage services, enhancing staff training to ensure courteous and efficient service, and implementing effective management strategies to prevent such problems from recurring.
To be candid, this experience was unacceptable and not enjoyable, and we will not be frequenting any Bolero bowling establishments in the future.

Service is tough, no one comes by to get food or drinks. The “After Party” time is not really anything special besides the discount. We can only hope they change management or something to get more people in. Additionally pins are not counted correctly. Messed up when there’s money on the line. For a renovated place it’s a waste with the issues.

We had a nice time here. It's a bit outdated, but the price is right for unlimited bowling! Once it hit 9 pm they dimmed the lights (that was cool) but then turned the TVs on behind the lanes. There were multiple people from multiple different parties that found that very distracting.

Extremely Brash and Bold experience... dazzling to the eye when you walk in! Staff is more than accommodating and quite friendly, facility is great for Business Functions/Team Building as well as Family Bowling... overall, a well-deserved 5 stars!

It seems like multi lanes are always broken, but other than that we play group sports there every Monday, and we have a good time. The waiter service/ bar service could be 100 times better and they'd make more money by hiring competent people.
