Bad customer service.I went there for a theoretical examination and did not get the care I required. There were several mistakes, and when I made another appointment, they spoke to me in an inappropriate manner. I waited in the waiting room for a while, knowing that my appointment was at least an hour before. I do not want to return to this place.

I ordered new glasses from you. I picked out a new frame which was the same style but different color. It was multi colored and bright. I want to pick up my new glasses and they had ordered the same frame I had. Dark indoors. I told them and was told they were sorry, when the manager had time I could talk to her. I looked to see if u could find the frames I ordered did not see it and the manager was still busy so I left. I am very disappointed I didn't get what I ordered. Patti Giroux

Gina brought my price down by being so knowledgeable about their system and she truthfully cared and gave me options of prices for the best bang for my buck. Jessica was their receptionist and she was so helpful and sweet. I’ve been to this place three times now and everytime I’m seen quickly and they’re kind to me!

Hands down the best eye exam I’ve ever experienced. I was very anxious as it had been MANY years (over 10) since my last appointment and from check in, to the vision tests, to the exam itself and to checkout, it was overwhelmingly pleasant. First optometrist to EVER take the time to explain to me about my astigmatism. Highly recommend and will DEFINITELY return (sooner than another decade).

Gina and Teliah made this a very convenient and friendly experience. Meeting with the doctor and the technician virtually was super easy. I would definitely use the America's Best in Garner again

I went in yesterday to get my lens fixed because they were scratched (only one) and was blatantly told that it would be $200 to get it replaced because of the add-ons. I was given no further information to what else I could do. I've only had the glasses for 2 months and $200 seems very expensive and unfair.

The staff was very friendly, however I asked when I made my appointment online , for a diabetic exam. When I arrived I was told they don't do them at that loa action because they do not have a DR. on site. My appointment was at 10:45. I wasn't called back until almost 12. I have now waited 15 days for my glasses and still haven't received them, even though I was told they take about 6 days.The staff was working hard while their district manager was walking around talking on her cell phone and not helping at all. I will never use this location again. I called 26 times in one day and couldn't get anyoneto answer the phone.

I had a scheduled appointment for an eye exam. I called ahead of time to let them know I would be late a couple minutes because of traffic. I live an hour away. I made it almost there. I received a text message stating my appointment was cancelled. This was very inconvenient for me and my first time coming to do an exam here. I don’t recommend going to this location. I burned gas and waisted my time. This was the 4434 Fayetteville Rd location.

I went for an eye exam and glasses first problem they did not have a live Dr I was hesitant but went to my appointment hoping for the best anyway. Couldn’t even get an exam because they couldn’t get a good picture of my eye and the virtual Dr wouldn’t be able to see it. Then the person I came with said he had insurance at the desk she looked up his insurance found it and said it was covered And how much he was covered for. When he went to pick out his glasses then she was like it’s not covered. Your coworker just said it was. Guess I will be heading to MyEyeDr they have a live person. This visit was trash

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a horrible establishment with mean people working there. They sent me two boxes of the wrong prescription contact lenses and then refused to refund my money or exchange them for the correct prescription. So their mistake apparently is not their problem, it's mine, and I'm out the money and can't see. Thanks, America's Best... your name should be America's WORST!Oh I want to add, they don't even have an eye dr there to do exams, it's done "remotely" !!! It's a total scam... AVOID!

On 2-25-23 I ordered two pairs of glasses. I had to return to the store because the progressive lens on one of them was measured incorrectly and I had to order a replacement lens. I opted this time for non-progressive lens.Twice I was told I would be notified when the lens arrived. Twice I was never notified when I should have been.On 4-15-23 at approximately 2:35pm I called your store at 919-227-3933 and asked if my replacement lens was in (that I should have been notified of approximately 2.5 weeks ago). I was told it was in. I then proceeded to let the person with whom I spoke that this was twice I was not notified of my glasses//lenses being available. The woman, who later said she was the manager, said I would be notified from an "888" number. I suggested that since she works for Americas Best then maybe she could let someone in the company know since she probably has a better line of communication than I do. All she said then was "I hear ya'". Wholly unacceptable response.I will pay more for better service.

Everytime I've gone to the one in Cary I have been extremely happy. However I went to the one in Garner this year. Completely unacceptable the way they treat their patients. Waiting for over 2 hours to get seen. Staff certainly took their breaks. But when you have an 11 a.m. appointment and it's after 1 p.m. and you still haven't been seen that is completely unsatisfactory. Thank you so much for wasting my time. Very nonchalant attitude towards customer service.
