My wife and I chose the second cheapest option at $18. We noticed visible dirt in several areas on our 2022 Prius after exiting the wash. After some searching I found an attendant in a utility area eating a chicken wing. I showed him the dirty areas on our car. I thought he might have us go through again at no charge. He didn’t do this though. Instead he told me their brush for cleaning the tops of cars was broke. He said older cars hold onto dirt easily (again, it’s a two year old car). I told him I wasn’t happy about this verdict. He moaned and walk off.

I just started using this car wash and I sure like it. Fast to get in, thorough on the washing, and all the ammenities you need to vacuum and finish clearing your auto. Try it.

Rude ass employees, all over having trouble getting my car on the track. Instead of throwing your hands up and yelling, just help someone out. Also, car isn’t much cleaner after the $30 wash.

STAY AWAY!! Got a group of scratches from their tired brushes. Manager took my complaint and pics of the damage. Received my claim denial by email the next day, saying the "damage was not compatible with their equipment." I can't imagine what other device could cause this damage. Responded with my view of how it DID happen there. No further reply from ZIPS. STAY AWAY!!

Service people are very helpful and assisted me what I needed for my car. Even helped me in rug cleaning. Vacuums good, cleaning supplies and towels always available.
