Drove all the way from Cary after I moved from Raleigh thinking they would be more reasonable being as I have been a customer of them for over 10+ years and they low balled me. Just stop coming to this place. Waste in time and gas .Offered me 100 bucks for an Apple Watch S9 and 50 bucks for my VR which is still going for 450 plus taxes in stores. I Repeat Do Not Go There. If able to go anywhere else PLEASE DO SO. NOT WORTH IT. Time to look for a new pawn shop family

Absolute trash. Pawnshops should be illegal. This place literally goes to ebay and finds the cheapest price posted for the item you wish to sell... That's their pricing guide. So if someone on the other side of the world has it posted for one dollar, but some local has it posted for one hundred dollars, they're gonna offer you one dollar. And they turn around and sell it for one hundred.I hope this place shuts down cus they are just taking advantage of people and making a 1000% profit.

Definitely don't take your jewelry here to be repaired. I had my bangle repaired 2weeks ago and wore it twice and it opened back in the same spotCalled and spoke with (Brian) which was not helpful he stated no warranty and I would have to pay again to repair item. He stated I should have inspected before I left. Horrible customer service.

I went in with the money and intention to buy the right guitar in my price range. I was the only customer. Two ladies behind the main counter were bulljiving about something they were looking at on their phones. A guy gave the canned welcome spiel, from behind the same counterl with "Can i help you with anything today?" I pointed towards the guitars and said, "yes, i'm looking for a guitar". By the time i walked over to the counter he had disappeared to the back. I asked "where did he go?' and the women completely ignored me. I could see another guy in the doorway to the back room, on his phone. None of them were wearing masks. I looked at the guitars for a long time, glancing over at the women and trying to make it clear i needed help. I saw several guitars i liked but they were too far away to read most prices. The ones i could see were overpriced for what they were. I walked over to a different section of guitars. Held my hands up, and even said out loud, "I guess nobody wants to sell me a guitar today." I didn't want to interrupt the women by asking them to do their job. I left, never going back.
