I was really looking forward to getting lash extensions for the first time. I showed my inspo pics and was very clear that I wanted NATURAL. However, when we were finished, my tech had done hybrid and added volume which ended up costing $65 more as well, although I specifically said I wanted natural. Really disappointed as I hate how the lashes look and front desk was really nice at first but when I asked what they could do to fix the lashes, they said no refunds and I would still need to be charged to get them fixed.

The studio was adorable and Amanda did a fantastic job. I was very comfortable and the time went by pretty quickly. I’m very happy with how my lashes turned out overall. My only advice would be to let people know that when you opt for volume it’s a price increase. I didn’t realize that and don’t think I would have signed on for it had I known. The volume actually turned out to be a bit too much for me. But otherwise, fantastic experience and I plan to keep going.

I always receive such good customer service from them and anytime I have had even the tiniest issue they take great care of me. I would also like to highly rate Shakira as she did such a great job on my lashes this time.

Love north hills amazing lash they are very flexible with getting me in when I need a fill before my time is due! Kayla is amazing! And my favorite stylist is Shakira.

My lashes never stayed more than a week. If I didn’t have a master stylist, I had so much glue in my eyes that by the time they weren’t red, the lashes started to fall out a lot. Girls at the front desk are nice though!

Very friendly and professional staff. I get the lash lift. 3 out of 5 stars because their lift doesn't last as long as other privately owned lash professional shops that I have been to (at least 2 others). My lift has just fallen after about 3 weeks. Other lifts I have had have lasted at least 2 months. FYI: They won't tint the lower lashes.

I have been to several Amazing Lash Studio locations and Cass the lash tech outshines any tech I have booked with in skill, efficiency, and retention. I have never been displeased with my results and will travel any distance and wait any amount of time to book with her! I always appreciate how kind she is as well! The north hill location staff is always so sweet and understanding, especially the receptionist Lilly, who handled a concern of mine with such great care and efficiency. So grateful for this team!

Typically, I do not leave negative reviews, however, I feel like it's necessary in this case. I booked an appointment 2 days before my college reunion. The lash install went smoothly and I was happy with my lashes when I left the studio. That night, my left eye was burning slightly. I assumed it was because my eye was touched more than it normally is. No big deal. The next morning, I woke to my eye completely swollen shut and horrific burning. Awesome. My husband drove me to the studio so that I could be there to have them removed as soon as they opened. Something was clearly very wrong. They got me in immediately and removed the lashes. They did a "complementary lash removal". My eye continued to get worse even after the removal. I went to the eye doctor and was diagnosed with a bacterial eye infection. I was given a rx for oral antibiotics and antibiotic eye drops. My doctor did not believe I was allergic to the glue due to the fact that only one of my eyes was infected. I called the studio and updated them on my diagnosis. I asked for a refund for the lashes only. (Not my medical bills or prescriptions. Literally just the botched lash service.) They refused, even with my medical documentation in hand. Now I'm out money, time and I had to go to my 15 year college reunion with a swollen eye. Please check reviews before getting eyelash extensions. Choose a company that stands behind their work and cares about their clients.
