Placed an order , found that one item was back ordered . Called customer service requested what was in stock to be shipped next day air . Did not receive items , called customer service found that the items were sent ground. Followed tracking number , package delivered was the backordered item and never received items that were requested next day air . Worst experience ordering parts I've had.

Excellent customer service! I called to ask for advice on how to convert a cigarette lighter charger into a wall outlet charger. The gentleman who answered the phone stayed on the phone with me, looked up the information about the equipment I had, and helped me find a location where the part I needed would be sold. He was patient, kind, and considerate of how urgent my situation was. I was able to drive to the store and mitigate the issue within 30 minutes. Thank you! You guys are lifesavers!
