Had an odd issue when I ordered online I ordered a pair of Chelsea boots and got shoe trees instead. Went to the store, to process the return and Lex could not have made it a better experience!! Thomas is the real deal. Go to him for all of your shoe needs. He fixed a shoe fitting that another store had messed up. 10/10 customer service!
