Like others users mentioned, takes forever to get a response. Very hard to impossible to get through to someone who can help. Takes months to cancel, even after they confirm that the service has been cancelled. Extremely unprofessional.

This is absolutely terrible company, contract expired and try to get new one and they increased the monthly cost while in negotiations and want me to pay Al charges and they don’t support equipment after the lease ends but continue charging higher cost, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YHIS COMPANY AT ALL. When you try to contact them, they keep bouncing your phone calls to different departments and nothing gets done.

Avoid at all costs.Customer service non-existent, impossible to cancel. It takes forever to get a response from anyone and there seems to be no communication between departments.Service was supposed to be terminated in November. The termination request was made over 6 months ahead of time. I've mentioned it to several people and the first one to actually give a response about it claims they can't find a termination request. Now they're saying it will be nearly $20k for "early termination" on a service period that was never supposed to have been started.

If I could I would not even give them 1 star. They have a captive audience at my father-in-law's retirement community and have yet to provide the equipment. The elderly need their service more promptly than 18 days & counting. Plus this company cannot even tell me when it will arrive. I just looked at all of the other reviews and this company has horrible reviews plus it has been this bad for a minimum of 6 years.

Very rude Customer service on the phone, Charges late fee's and hidden fee's on every invoice sent to my company after there paid on time. Have called several times to address these problems with a supervisor or manager and they never answer or return my call, the one time they did the guy was very rude asked me to stop calling him he was in a meeting how unprofessional can you be!!!!!! This Company is a Joke needs the Owner or Franchise Members involved ASAP or they will loose big time companies with there services!

Zero communication. Zero empathy. Zero organization. Zero ability to support your hotel. Do not, Do not seek service from this entity. Absolute worse cable you could seek for your hotel or business. For weeks we have been struggling with these animals to resolve cable being out in more than half our rooms. They will not communicate with our business or their contracted technician sent to do the repair. I’ve logged 14+ hours of phone calls to them not to mention emails that they ignore. You will go crazy giving away rooms and revenue while searching for a new cable supplier. Avoid Allbridge. - ⭐️.

It is the WORST internet I have ever had. The internet will work great for about a week then stops. It has taken 2 or more months for them to fix it. As of now it has been off now going on two months again. Tech support has now idea when it will be fixed. I have called once a week and still nothing if you want good reliable internet DO NOT choose ALLBRIDGE. You end up paying for internet you CAN'T use. UPDATE: since this post I am still without service soon to be 3 months so I am trying out a different internet company called FIREWIFI I will update with a review of that company

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with in my career as a senior housing professional. If you are considering working with this company feel free to reach out to me and I will share response times for open tickets over one month. If you care anything about providing seniors good customer service choose a different provider for TV, phone and wifi support.

I pay for Direct TV in my cable package. I am constantly getting a service message that says my bill hasn't been paid but really it's because Allbridge hasn't paid it on my behalf. It is extremely frustrating.

I have been staying at a fairly nice hotel for a couple of weeks now, and I'm happy with everything except the internet service, which is provided by Allbridge/Ethostream. It is almost worthless. Instead of a password for the WiFi you just connect to the network and then you are sent to a login page when you open your browser. Except you aren't most of the time. After repeatedly connecting and disconnecting and restarting your laptop sometimes you do get to log in. Sometimes you get a decent connection speed. Sometimes it slows to a crawl. Sometimes you get randomly kicked off the network and then you have to go through the whole ordeal of trying to get connected again. I called their support line and they couldn't help. Their only suggestion was to go to the hotel lobby and try to get a connection there. It didn't work any better and frankly, going to the lobby to use the hotel WiFi is ridiculous. Fortunately I have my own mobile hotspot and I've been using that more than the hotel WiFi, but when I'm paying good money for a good hotel it would be nice if I didn't have to use up my own limited data. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels that had much better internet service.
